I have been frequenting this restaurant, fresh seafood establishment since it opened. A husband and wife team who prepare the best seafood in the area. Fish arrives fresh daily, portions are huge, and prices are a good value. Fried seafood is very light and not greasy, homemade mango salsa on fish tacos ($7.95 for two huge tacos), exceptional fries, salads and sandwiches. Fabulous crabmeat .Buy all my fresh seafood here as well, lowest prices in area. Nice, clean seating area for eat in as well as take out. Every person I have introduced to Sandy Point has loved it and introduced everone they know as well. Closed Tuesdays.

The Lighthouse Wine & Seafood Market provides the heart of Central Maine with an expertly curated selection of wine & craft beer, fresh seafood, gourmet cheese, & gourmet takeout.
Great lobster & crab rolls as well as a fine selection of cheese and beers. This place had all the Maine goodies with some class. I really liked the lobster salad sandwiches. When I bought some lobster to go I ordered two hardshell and two soft-shell, but they all were soft-shell. In any event, glad they are around the neighborhood when I go to visit my folks up in the Northeast.
