Stopped for lunch on the way to the airport in Indianapolis in the middle of the afternoon on a Thursday. They were not busy. Was immediately seated and presented with menus. Ordered three beverages and one four-course meal plus one child meal. There were three up charges on the four course meal priced at $18.98, making our total check $50.19 including tax and one $7.79 dessert. The service was extremely slow, but friendly. With all the up charges, the food was grossly overpriced. 2 hours later we're finally back on the road

We have ate Monday lunch buffet for years because seniors get 25% off. The price has recently increased. Amonth ago I asked to speak to the manager when the brown gravy was room temperature. He was non-responsive.Today we arrived at 11:00 am. There was no cold shrimp on the Buffett. No roast beef or prime rib as usual on Mondays. We immediately went back to the hostess and asked for a refund. She tried to find the manager, Timothy. It took 10 minutes to find him. He walked up with what appeared to be his lunch plate in hand. It had prime rib and macaroni and cheese. He refunded our money but said the prime rib was unavailable on the buffet today. This manager has a poor customer service attitude. Needs training.
The restaurant Burt to the ground about a year ago and was rebuilt. Decor is very fresh, restaurant very clean. Food now seems less greasy. I had shrimp, husband fish, kids chicken. We were all pleased. Several sides to choose from. We had green beans, fries, fried okra, hush puppies, cole slaw, and broccoli. They have a lighter menu as well, but the fried food is so yummy! Mozzarella sticks were great too. Don't forget a sweet tea!
