We ate here twice in a week, wanted to try lots of other places but agreed this was the nicest. I had swordfish souvlaki, gorgeous chargrilled taste, proper homemade chips, lovely bruschetta with tomatoes and basil to start. Amazing view of the sea.Sister had spit roast lamb, studded with garlic and rosemary, mashed potato and green beans and broccoli , they cooked things that went together rather than meat with a pile of chips and rice and salad etc. My sister had stuffed peppers both times as it was so lovely ( starter), she had lamb in a couple weeks f other places that was too hard to eat, but it was great here.

Letâs start with the good bits- the red wine was drinkable and the loos were cleanJust the service was unfriendly, the unmasked for bruschetta inedible and the lamb chops (served inexplicably with chips and rice and no salad or veg) were 95% fat and hardly any meat and were horrible. Left practically everything and couldnât wait to leave. (And threw up that night )Wouldnât return - itâs the only dreadful meal in 4 years of visiting this town

Stopped here for a quick lunch of gyros and Greek salad. It was good, but not the best we had on our trip. Reasonably priced - â¬3.50 for the gyros. We've been here on previous trips and it's always above average. The service is always good, and the view is amazing. Definitely worth a visit!

We have recently returned from a fortnight's holiday in Arrillas. We tried a number of different Taverna's but none of the others made us feel half as welcome as Athina.Spiros, Costas, "The Boss ;-) " and the team were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All the food is cooked fresh so you may need to wait longer than you would at other Taverna's but it is worth the wait. There were four people in our party, myself, my wife and two teenage boys and we all enjoyed every meal we had there. So much so, that for the last few days we didnt bother trying anywhere else!!Thank you very much !!! See you soon and greetings to the family from us xx

We are regular visitors to Agios Stefanos. This was the 24th time in 11 years. The Avlonitis family were originally at Romanza Hotel and provided the best service in the village and the food was always superb...The new place even surpasses our previous experiences: beautiful decoration and presentation, gorgeous and attentive staff and outstanding food. Itâs a notch above most places in the village and reasonably priced too. We cannot wait to come over for three weeks next summer and dine here most nights!Thursday night bbq and Greek music night is a must.Excellence in paradise.

Had seen reviews for this taverna but didn't realise where it was. Saw the sign whilst walking to another restraurant and decided to give it a try. When we arrived we chose a seat outside but unfortunately the constant lightening and worsening weather meant we made a hasty retreat inside.Lovely choice of food, everything we ordered was lovely, the moussaka one the best I have had.The power went off towards the end of our visit and the staff quickly lit candles which in a way added to our experience. It was still raining when it was time to leave, we were staying at Terezas up the hill , about as far away from the restaurant as you could get! No problem at all, one of the lovely staff drove us up the hill! Amazing food, great service and value for money and certainly went the extra mile We will certainly be back on our next visit to Corfu

The restaurant is on the beach road left of the Horizon hotel
We arrived to Arillas very hungry, and we saw this restaurant near by the road and we went in. It was a mistake. We ordered lamb chops and sea food spagetti. We waited for the food at least 40 minutes. The lamb was chummy and smelled bad. We told to the waiter to change but he didnt do instead he brought the bill for us.What a rude treatment! Spagetti was swimming in can tomato cream and it had only 2 pieces small crab.We feel very disappointed, we stayed hungry and angry.

Enjoyed a lovely lunch with beautifully cooked traditional Greek food. Washed down with local white wine . Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were excited to go to Fantsea and had made a reservation based on all the raving reviews. Unfortunately our experience was not so positive. The setting outside is nice and the view stunning. The food was very poor though. The fried calamari came without any sauce or lemon and therefore was quite dry. I asked the steak to be cooked medium and with peppersauce on the side, however it was very overcooked, beyond well done and was almost floating in sauce when it arrived. The lamb chops were also very dry and overcooked (thatâs the Greek way according to the waiter). The salad did not taste crispy or fresh (except for the onions) and the fries soggy. The person who served us asked us after the meal if everything had been good and in a friendly manner we gave him our feedback. He told us we should have complained immediately and he would have replaced any dishes not to our liking. He has a point, that is what we should have done. To end on a positive note our two youngest kids loved the spaghetti carbonara.
