you are a vegetarian. you have been wandering through rural denmark for the best part of a week trying to find something decent to eat, but all you see is the same variations of burgershacks, pizzajoints or places where vegetarian is a word yet to be added to the dictionary. don't dispair! this is your haven! a cosy place, with excellent service and a couple of wonderful vegetarian options. i can't even begin to tell you how happy we were to find this place. contemporary, modern dishes with a danish twist, as you 'd wish to find when traveling through this beautiful country. don't hesitate, just go!

We had great time at this restaurant. While their focus is meat, the server and the chef went the extra mile to cook something vegetarian from scratch and without notice. The chef concocted something that was really tasty and colorful (not just greens)! Highly recommended therefore for their service and also for their meat. Both servers were extremely nice and helpful with a very good English. Will definetely go back again when in the area.

I have dined a few times at this old historical inn, located in one of the most beautiful areas of Denmark. This place stays true to it's surroundings, so full of Danish history and serves top-notch food & wine. The service has always been excellent. I haven't been an overnight guest here yet but that would be the complete experience.

The Signature Menu: The seafood tapas as a starter. Well very small two prawns (not tiger). With Thousand Island dressing on the plate, tasteless two mussels, better tasting seaweed salad and overcooked scallop.The main dish Tournedos Rossini was a disaster, I sent mine back. It was tasteless and the sauce with it no good. We had a cheese platter as the third dish. Again not the best cheese. Two very soft cheeses and sweet jam dripped allover it. The service was unfriendly. I have never seen such an unfriendly waiter before. Needless to say, the place was empty. One more table in the restaurant occupied. This place you should avoid. It is a waste of money.
