1100 meters above sea level, next to Hollvin Express chair, you will find Fjellkafeen. Enjoy a hot cup of cocoa and tasty waffles on our terrace. We serve tasty, home made food the whole season.
Great sunny location and serves a lovely hot chocolate with cream. Yum. Only down side is that it gets really busy and the benches and tables are so tightly packed that you get shaken about as people continually pass.

Great venue in the middle of Hemsedal Skicenter. They have 3 restaurants which is pizza, burger & alacarte. Food & service are great. The pizza is highly recommended!!Now also With good coffee and normal volume on Music so the top score is deserved!!Perfect outside area for sunny days

Etween east and west, on the edge of a mountain shelf 1000 meters above sea level, you will find Skarsnuten Hotel. Majestically placed with a spectacular view over Hemsedal and the mountains. The hotel has a modern Scandinavian design, with a pure express
The place is cool, the view fantastic, and the menu rather exciting, with a celebrity chef fronting. However, the service was not up to expectations. Long time before we were given the menus, and the water and drinks took ages to get. The bread came at the same time as the main course. And the food was ok, but nothing more. The view remained the bestSorry to hear that the service was not up to expectations, and we are thankful for the criticism that we reciewe so we can get even better.

Lodgen Spiseri is a place where everyone can feel at home. We have a restaurant, bar and cafe under one roof! Do you want catering or take away? Write us for more information There are also ski rental, concierge, grocery store, sports shop and much more i
This is a large cafe/restaurant in the bottom of the slopes in Hemsedal Skicenter. Very busy during daytime With buffet in one part and cafe in the other part. In the evening its a restaurant With mainly pizza on the menu. Little People during the evening. Pizza quality is ok, but like Skigaarden on top of the slopes have much better pizzas. To serve americano in a whiskey glass is just hopeless. All in all medium quality in this Place.

Popped in on my way home over the mountain. Pleasant setting, but the food is a throwback to 80`s cuisine. Baconwrapped asparagus, the asparagus stem wasn cut, and they werent peeled. Overdone tenderloin, decent bearnaise, boring oliveoil-cooked cherrytomatoes, nearly raw stringbeans, overgarliced pommes anna. Saw it coming already in the producecombinations on the menu, but had to eat something...then, when the bread and aioli arrived.., dry foccaccia and overgarliced aioli. There is no talent in the kitchen at all.Even if everything had been cooked to perfection, well, its still immensly boring and uncreative.Reminds me of the two worst restaurants in Norway, the chains: Egon and Big Horn steak house. Just awful food! The title of this review can also be regarded as a comment on the entire foodindustry at Beitostølen. Steer clear of posh places, go for burgers and pizza and the like, foods that are more diffucult to mess up :)

Nice and warm atmosphere, menu overall sufficient, food was delicious and service friendly. Even price level was ok.

På idylliske Jotnetunet på Beitostølen Camping ligger Hytta Mat og Vinhus. Restaurant i Beitostølen. Menyen er spennende og variert og lokalet er intimt, lunt og varmt. Atmosfæren er avslappende og stemningen alltid på topp utover kvelden.
We went to this restaurant after reading all of the reviews. It was fantastic, set in an old traditional Norwegian cattle stable, obviously refurbed, with lovely reindeer skins to sit on whilst you eat your meal. The food is ala carte and worth every penny, nothing is cheap in Norway, so donât expect change from £200 for a family of four.
