beautiful restaurant slightly out of the centre, serving mainly fish and things like whale that should be prohibited by low in 2019. Nevertheless: a pleasant experience. nice good (no vegetarian options, sadly) friendly service, nice, but very expensive wine, and a beautiful, authentic room.

Booked a table online for my wifes birthday. Food was exellent. Had the gulasj for starter, stockfish for main and the pistasio dessert. Everything was perfect. One of the best stockfish dishes in lofoten.Portion size is good and we left full and happy:)Added comment about wanting a candle on the dessert when booking. The restaurant put the candle on the dessert and made my wife very happy!So glad you had a nice birthday dinner! Thank you for taking your time to give us your review and feedback! We went to the place (wife and sister in law). For lunch and service was insanely bad ! Staff formed by VERY unprofessional âteenagersâ giving you a snobbish look like if they were doing you a favor. Donât even dare asking to switch tables for any reason otherwise they will look at you like if you were asking for free food. We actually made the mistake of asking since the sunlight was too strong in our direction. Problem is: according to them, we ordered before moving tables so the new table number wasnât âmatchingâ with the first table when we orderd our food so they cancelled it ! The host actually seated us at the new table so they were quite aware of it ! Obviously after this episode, we cancelled everything and left the place ! My thoughts: I understand that Svolvær during summer time can get crowded and this place looks very sofisticated and nice indeed although you pay a very high price for it but if you really care for having a good treatment and service, do yourself a favor and avoid the place !

Bestilte to stk «veganske falaffelburgere» da en av oss er svært allergisk mot spesielt egg. Da vi fikk maten etter meget lang venting serverte de den med aioli (egg). Krise at de ansatte ikke engang vet hva de har på menyen. Da de ansatte ble konfrontert med dette svarer de enkelt: «det vet jeg ikke hvordan vi skal løse». Etter mye om og men får vi servert en ny burger, nå uten aioli. Skuffende og trasig cafébesøk. Kommer ikke til å gjentas, og ville ikke anbefalt dette videre. Maten var ålreit, derav 2/5.
