The Bella Gastis is on the waterfront at Hunnebostrand. The restaurant serves a variety of food but specialises in pizza. The pizzas are many different types, including vegetarian and vegan. The pizzas are reasonably priced, I recommend the Spicy Mexican. The views from the restaurant over the bay are very good. The staff were very friendly and efficient.
After a couple of days in Smogen, we realized that not all places was that good, but this is absolutely a place you can go and get a good meal - so try it outThe atmosphere here was good, and on a nice summer day, we really liked the place, even though you did not have an ocean view. The service could have been faster, but maybe they did not see us that well sitting in the lounge area, and early season with new season employees. But the food was good, and the vine and beer as well.
We are a small restaurant with the focus on the guests
Very simple set-up, find a table outside queue inside to select your food, collect your cutlery and drinks pay and then enjoy it.Wonderful selection of seafoods and the prawns in a light sauce in a warm baguette are great. The open sandwich with a mix of different seafoods is also very tasty. Portions are generous and it is a great way to break the day when wandering the Smörgen harbour shops.

Welcome to Smögens paradise. Eat right by the ocean and enjoy the best view of Smögen! Our restaurant has high ambitions and we have a focus on dishes from the sea but we also serve meat. Please, contact us for more information or visit our website for a
Very nice location. Was here in 2010 but kitchen has changed since then. Had previously ordered gratinated crayfish. Got pre cooked ones instead. Got suspicious and start asking abt the Fisk. Our waiter checked with the chef (he should know without asking) and they confirm all fish was frozen. Not at all what we expected. Service was friendly but not professional. Stay away if you are a foodie. Go for a drink instead.

This is a strong 3, that could easily have been a 5...but...we are disappointed. Mislead or musguided. Or just gullible? Swedish chef of the year 2015 and winner of the "Kockarnas kamp" competition 2018 is part owner and creative whatever...So. He lends his name. To some fancy plates that could so easily have been formiddable, now a sham, a mere disappointment with a bittersweet aftertaste. So. While neighbouring table complained fish was overcooked, ours, same dish, was served raw! There is (was?) ambition. But for heaven's sake, when you lend your name to something, just anything, you need to follow up. We felt short-changed fools going there, and it could easily have been really good!

Despite it being summer, the weather was appalling, but the food here was great. A lovely cod dish with fresh vegetables was well cooked and presented. This place probably would be very busy in warmer weather, but with our yacht moored across the pier and the rain and wind driving in, we were pleased to experience this delightful and well priced (for Sweden) place.

After walking along the charming Smögenbryggan we were quite a bit hungry. It was a hot day and we were looking for some good seafood with tables out and some shade. And this place had it all. Our dog was welcome as well. The host / manager showed us to the table. A fun guy - a bit strange humour, but a nice guy.We ordered a plate with King Crab legs and shrimp and a shrimp sandwich. Two glasses of white wine with.Food was fantastic and plenty. Fresh ingredients, good flavours. Shrimps nice and tender.Wine was the perfect match for the seafood - but a bit pricey with 10 bucks a glass. It was nice sitting here, watching the world go by and enjoying some really good seafood. All in all a great choice for lunch. Will come back one day.
