Nice ambience, friendly attentive host. Very tasteful food. We had the mix of seafood and the beef with cannonau (reginal wine) sauce and pecorino cheese. As dessert the cheese board and a chocolate soufflé, which was extremely scrumptious.Very relaxed evening. I fully recommend going for a meal here.(Fyi they don't serve pizzas)

Il Piede di Porko is a lovely cozy place located in the centre of Bari Sardo. They serve tradiotional and innovative food of high quality. The location is divided in three different floors including the roof terrace with a beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and professional. You should try it as soon as you can! I really reccomend it!

Out of season visit. We're given a Italian /German menu, while being a English /Dutch couple. Had a nice pizza Romana, could have done with some garlic. Husband had mixed grill (meat) which was salted, when that could have done without and left to do oneself. Overall okay atmosphere. No chicken dishes what so ever though.

We stopped for a quick bite for lunch, but the food was so delicious we ended up having a three-course meal. The food was excellent (we highly recommend the gnocchetti alla sarda, the local ravioli with butter and sage and the sebadas). The waiter was extremely friendly and welcoming, and he even offered us a glass of a delicious, very aromatic mirto.Definitely a place worth visiting if you are in the area!

After all touristic villages boats and small island we found the only forest spot in our round tour in Sardinia The road please do not miss any curve I think Hamilton wouldn't be able to make it but our car did and happy we arrived st this nice hotel on the top ,900mtrs?windy and a bit cooler than the 35c at sea level We had very polite and friendly staff the drinks at the terrace and bring the only guests that night they did not put any obstacle to cook dinner for usthis is service!! The restaurant is typical Italian decorated and we slept very well must say The only thing I missed was a big mirror in the bedroom for the rest all good.we received promptly the refund of the prepayment we did with the reservation and the manager contact us immediately to confirm this .Thank you Roberto

Small Restaurant very cozy with all comforts, the Chef in person takes care of selecting the best local produce for its cuisine. In addition deals with advise clients in their choice.
We are here twice, and were not disappointed. The chef comes to your table to recommend some of the dishes and helps you choose what you like. The culurgiones al pomodoro should not be missed. The starter plates are also very good. However it is the attention that sets them apart. In the pictures: porcheddu and gnocchi Grazie per l'eccellente recensione Vi aspettiamo nel nostro Ristorante per farVi degustare altre Sfiziose ricette. We stayed 3 nights in Cardedu region and went 3 times to the same place! The fish is fantastic and the boss is the most sympathetic and helpful guy! However my Italian is poor (better than the English of the Boss) we had the opportunity to communicate and share a common passion of good cuisine and quality time! Must EAT if you're in the region!
Beer house, wine-bar, pub, steak-house: this sums up "Ferro&Fuoco", a new concept of restaurant in Ulassai. It is an ideal place to relax and enjoy excellent aperitifs, delicious appetizers and a wide selection of local meats. Surrounded by our impressive
Calling at Ulassai to visit the cave and have a walk in the amazing setting. Needed lunch so called in here.Loved it, the village was really quiet but here there was a great atmosphere with enthusiastic staff. We shared the bruschetta and the local cold ham / sausage dishes. They were exceptional. Also big portions, we were anxious that maybe they had given us double portions (with a double bill), but not so. They were really generous. The menu looked super too, we were only after a quick lunch. We did notice the 1kg T bone steak â¬35. Crikey!!We gather it is a new venture and really wish them every success.
Come sempre location molto suggestiva e selvaggia e portate sempre buone e davvero generose. Complimenti!!!!

Arrived here at 3pm and waited for the tour to start at 4pm. Starved since the town of Ulassai was siesta-ing. Luckily they served sandwiches - ham and chesse / prucciutio / salami. Not much in it but the staff are friendly and willing to help. Buy your ticket to the Grotto (Cave) entry here. 10euros per person. If you don't have a jackt and enjoying the Sardinian weather in a flimsy top then the guy will lend you a jacket providing they haven't all gone.
