We went for lunch. They ordered us to ask 2 dishes and everybody the same payi g 17 eur for dish.We don't recomend this restaurant.Gentile Sig.re non capisco la sua recensione è a cosa si riferisce il termine " ORRIBILE" . Sicuramente non conosce la lingua italiana perciò mi sento di darle un consiglio , prima di scrivere una recensione su una struttura come la nostra che ha dedicato tutta la vita lavorativa ( ormai sono 45 anni ) al servizio del cliente , vada a sfogliare il nostro vocabolario così si renderà conto di cosa vuol dire Orribile . Following an enthusiatic recomendation, we booked dinner at the Agriturismo Nuraghe Murtarbo. Despite knowing the area around Lago SantaLucia quite well, wewould not have found the place without the few sparse signs along the unmade roads that lead to this idyllic place. The farm is quite big but most of the animals are sited within a few hundred metres of the farmhouse and it was lovely seeing the animal collection and a display of milking before settling down to dinner. I was looking forward to the mailaletto and pecora that were being roasted on the spit, but there were about 10 dishes to enjoy before the meat was served. Many of the dishes were specialities of nearby villages and everything was delicious. Following the meat were sebadas and mirto and there was plenty of a very gutsy Cannanou to wash down the meal. The family are charming and made us feel part of the family.Food, aperitif, wine, water, Digestif and coffee was just 28 euros.2 valuable tips. 1 Google maps does show the property if you go to maximum zoom just south of the lago Santa Lucia.2. Wear something with an expanding waist!

Had dinner at La Bitta and got a table at the front row of the semi open restaurant - 5 meters from the sea. Next to the really nice setting La Bitta is a bit more upscale place than most osterie and locande in the area (including a nice winelist featuring mainly sardinian wines, but not only). The antipasti and primi were excellent, my main (tuna entrecote) was average. We had a blanc de noir from Cannonau named Bionda and indeed was a bella bionda.

We were staying at la Bitta hotel three minutes away and decided to try a cheaper dining option than the hotel restaurant, especially after the receptionist at our previous hotel near Olbia had highly recommended Acquolina.She was right. The restaurant has an extensive a la carte menu, including two pages+ of pizze alone. It has a nice outside terrace. On our second night there we had actually reserved a table outside with a view, however, when we arrived we were seated inside due to the heavy downpours that had occurred earlier in the evening. We were the lucky ones. Dozens and dozens of diners arrived after us only to be turned away â a good sign! The only negative we can attest to are the hard chairs which make long sitting uncomfortable. Bring a cushion (or at least a jumper) to sit on!On our first night, we decided to order the âmenu di degustazioneâ for two people: it consisted of five seafood antipasti (one was warm, a spicy shredded octopus in a dough parcel which was simply excellent; the others were unremarkable but then we donât care that much for cold starters); a first course for me of âSasareddusâ (Sardinian gnocchi) which were delicious, and seafood polenta for my husband which he thoroughly enjoyed. My main course was tuna with a pistachio crust â which was fabulous, only I was so full at this point that I could hardly do it justice and had to send half of it back â what a waste! My husbandâs calamari had a similar fate. Luckily, the lemon sorbet was a very light lemon froth as we could hardly have managed anything more substantial. The entire tasting menu cost 30 euro per person, a complete steal!Our second night at Acquolina also was our last night in Sardinia. We did not want to be too full to travel the next day so opted for pizza (which represented the added benefit of giving us an excellent lunch on our drive to Cagliari airport the next day). We started with Sasareddus di cinghiale (last chance to enjoy those fantastic gnocchi with a wild boar sauce, wow!). I then went for a spicy meat pizza while my husband opted for a smoky bacon version. Both were freshly baked, very tasty and plentiful (hence the âdoggy-bagâ for the following day). We finished with cheesecake and coffee, all for 44 euro. Andrea and his colleagues all provided prompt and very helpful service. Un doppio ringraziamento di tutto cuore va a Lei e suo marito, per averci scelto tra le tante strutture presenti qui nella baia di Porto Frailis, tutte meritevoli ed eccellenti e ancora di più per averci permesso di poter essere stati i "protagonisti indiscussi" della chiusura delle vostra meravigliosa vacanza in Sardegna. We visited this place several times on our recent visit to Tortoli. The food is wonderful. Well prepared and presented and very tasty. Good selection of wines to choose from. The staff were really great, helpful and friendly. Would certainly recommend this beautiful restaurant

we went to the pizzeria scattu twice, because the food is good and the prices are more than okay. both times we went there in the evening for dinner and there were both times a lot of guests around...a sign...that the food should be good at this place. the pizzeria scattu is located on the main street of tortoli and the outdoor terrace is simply the pavement of the street and so it was a little bit crowded with all the people who passed there. we ordered beer and water for drinks and every time pizza in combination with a mixed salat. the preparation was very fast, but all the pizzas were very good, the mixed salats aslo. the service staff not professional, but well trained, friendly and fast...unfortunatelly not high attendent. at scattu we had our cheapest dinners during our stay in the area of tortolli. 2 pizzas with salat and drinks kost around 30 euro and in relation to other restaurants it was 20 euro cheaper. realy a nice price and the pizzaria is a good place for low budget travellers.generelly we can recomment the pizzeria scattu very much. a nice and lively place with good food for little money.

We (a family of 7 adults and a child of 11) had dinner here. The food and service is of a very high standard. Our party tried many various dishes and everybody was impressed with all the courses. The owner even made two different vinaigrettes and a special spicy sauce for an octopus dish at the table! We were all extremely pleased with our meals and wines and would give this restaurant a Michelin star if we could! You should try to eat here - but unfortunately they close from October-April :(

The service of this place is beyond ridiculous, I called for reservations two times and had the reception girl hang up twice! Then I showed up in person and got a notice from he reception that they couldn't take reservations before 1800 - this was 1740! I'm glad I never left my money there.

We had a lovely meal in this restaurant. The bar for pre-dinner drinks lacked atmosphere and views but the dinner itself more than made up for that. Service was exceptionally good. The restaurant was buzzing with happy customers and we had delicious food, especially the beef tagliata and the creative desserts. This was the best meal we ate in our two weeks in Sardinia and it is worth seeking out if in this area.

Nicely situated between the sea and the lake. The view, over one of the canals where they grow various kinds of sea food, is great. The atmosphere pleasant, even with the radio on. Unfortunately, there is only one menu on offer, so one antipasti, one primo piatto and one secundo piatto. The antipasti, a seafood salad, seems to come right out of a can and not from the sea. The starter (risotto) was okay; the main course (sea bream) too salty. Since then we enjoyed many similar but better dishes in different places.
