This is an unexpectedly nice place at the small local Tuzla airport. Inside, the restaurant is very nicely set and decorated with a good size terrace overlooking the airfield. Outside, unfortunately, it is rather ill-kempt with quite a few stray dogs roaming around. The menu offers burgers, sandwiches, salads and other pub grub which are freshly prepared and very tasty. The service is almost non-existent and does not speak any English at all. Still, not a bad place when in the neighborhood.

The fish is always fresh, so the food is great. The view is astonishing, you can admire the sea right from your table and if youâre going with children, they can play nearby. Itâs better to make a reservation since itâs pretty crowded, but definitely worth the wait.
On Forum Hotel, good food. Forum Restaurant has very good sea views and nice Costinesti resort views. It is indeed the most beautiful view of the entire Costinesti resort! Next year will be even more beautiful, and better food. Thank you!
Everything is medium: service, food, prices. Pretty good imitation of Greek cuisine. Pork rather tough. Far for being mind blowing...
I tried this place because of tripadvisor ratings and I agree that could be one of the safe and best places to eat in CostineÈti.It looks and it is clean and the staff is friendly. The place is fair decorated, much better than most of other places here. I ordered a pizza and a beer and the waiter moved quick, so I was enjoying my drink until the pizza came.It was a vegetarian one, i didn't pretend to much from it andI can say it was a fair one. The dough was thin enough for me, the vegetables were so and so. I don't have any comment for this. It was also beyond my expectations. As a conclusion, clean place, fair food, nice staff, quick service, fair prices.
The food is average, some dishes are very poor but some are kind of good. The service is slow, but overall a good experience.
So this restaurant is fairly new (just a couple of weeks old). And our visit was totally worth it. For those of you who already know there is a lack of good restaurants on the seaside (and very expensive), this is THE place to try. There's a variety of foods (from seafood, fish, pizza, pasta and even romanian dishes), so I guarantee there is a little something for everybody. You HAVE to try their sauces as well. We've tried the Paellas (chicken and seafood) and I honestly wish I could go there every night. Too bad a vacation only lasts a week, lol.

We ate here during our stay in June 2019 - every day, for a week. Each meal we chose was excelllent in taste and we didn't have any health problems. The portions are big / generous. And what we especially appreciated was the service. Every waiter that served us was very polite, joyful, attentive. This is a valuable advantage!

With a superb and unique view of the Black Sea, located on the shore at less than 200 meters from the landing point of the fishermen in Costinesti, "Pofta Pescarului" (the Fishermen's Appeal) restaurant will offer you freshly cooked fish&seafood dishes an
On a cloudy Saturday evening, we arrived at the restaurant and found an amazing view over the Black Sea and the Evangelia shipwreck. There weren't so many customers, mainly because of the rain that had fallen previously, and the chilly weather. Yet, all the tables were set and the place looked amazing with the lights on. We were 4 people and we had a previous reservation, so everything went smoothly. The waiter arrived fast, took our drink order and left us the menu, being eager to answer our questions about some fish dishes. We ordered one plateau of seafood for 2 and another of fish and chips for 2, but they are way bigger, one plateau was enough for 4 people. The seafood dish came with delicious grilled polenta and two divine sauces, lutica and garlic sauce. They all tasted amazing, well-cooked and not greasy at all.I kindly recommend the restaurant to all fish and seafood lovers who come to Costinesti, also to those who just want to have a great experience by the seafront.Thumbs up for Pofta Pescarului!

It was born from the need to enjoy the beauty of nature and from the great desire to express our cuisine art through delicious fresh fish dishes and seafood. Located on Agigea beach, faraway from the bustle of urban civilization, this restaurant has a Med
We explored the area and took a chance trying this amazing restaurant right on the sea.shore. 5 of us tried different options on the starters and main meal menu and all but one of us were happy. I was unhappy with the turbot, which was one of the most expensive pieces on the menu, but the portion was ridiculously small and I could barely taste it. All the other food I tasted was excellent. I suppose the turbot was out of season and they should not have served it. Ambiance was clean and our server was quick, efficient and polite. I definitely consider this restaurant experience as better than the next door competition, Pescaria lui Matei. The menus had an English option and the server managed proper communication in English.
