The Mondo Restaurant Arad, located on the ground floor Continental Forum Arad, will offer you the chance to experience luxury, good taste and elegance thanks to massive furniture in shades of beige, silver and black design and creative and elegant restaur
The service was quite professional. As soon as you walk in you will be seated by a polite waiter and given a menu. This is not to be taken for granted in Romania. The place is glamorous. The acoustics are perfect for conversation and business. There was music playing just loud enough to listen to if you wanted to but low enough to talk over. It was Sinatra to boot, not vulgar rap or exercise music. The chicken de pui(soup) was excellent and my meal was perfect. The price was less than expected for a restaurant inside a big hotel.

i've been recently here, the place is like a traditional restaurant, i'm not sure if Romanian or from this part of the country, with Hungarian influences, but doesn't matter too much.the staff knows how to serve you and how to recommend food. we were not decided what to eat, so the waitress was kind and propose to make us a plateau with all the kind of meat we wanted to taste: Charpatian deer, bear, fallow deer, boar and pheasant.the sauce that came with the meat was interesting: cranberry, garlic, etcwe enjoyed mostly, the Chapatian deer, but i'm not a meat fan, so maybe others would like more kind of venison.the prices are not low, but not high also, especially for what they offer. what you must know is that the food is priced by 100 grams, not by portion.

A typical small pub atmosphere, similar to what we saw in small towns in Wales. Pleasant atmosphere, prompt service and a wide range of cold draft beer. Rock music from the 70 'and 80'.I spent a pleasant afternoon with my colleagues. We will probably return this summer.

With a daily menu (soup + main course) at 19 lei (about 4 euro), as well as very affordable pasta, pizza or meat dishes, Apetit is the best place to go in the lunch break, as it has fast food prices, but with very high quality food and great service, while the place is cozy and elegant.

This was the only place we found in Arad where the staff was not wonderfully friendly and helpful. The food was ok, though most of our first choices were unavailable on that day...good fish and mici, but undercooked fries and the "sauteed vegetables" were nothing but frozen peas, carrots and green beans...no sign of the broccoli or cauliflower as stated on the menu. The roasted vegetables were better but not many of them. Nicer than the place across the river to sit but maybe try elsewhere for a nice meal.

Marin&Friends - Restaurant bistronomique - local products in a modern vision for a fine experience of what Arad means
So first of All thank you TripAdvisor for the info that I m in the top 2% for the restaurants review. So I start 2019 in Arad at Marin&Friends my review trip. I was Thursday evening with my friend Tavi there. Like allways very cozy atmosphere and of course very good food best in town in my opinion. We start with a very good cheese selection and then see food pasta very very well cooked. Wine was SârbÄ and Chardonney BacantÄ from Garboiu very good wines ! I close with cheese cake very interesting prepared and prezented. And finally cognac from Jidvei. All was Ok like allways there. Thank you for the evening !Thank you and we welcome you when you will return !

Although the Menü has been greatly diminished, the remaining dishes are still exemplary Romanian and international dishes. From the awesome ciolan, stewed roast pork knuckle, to fresh fried Salau, or perch, in a white wine sauce, you will find a delightful range of food. All are prepared in the kitchen, no convenience food.My favourite are the coaste, spare ribs. They are served in a large portion, steaming hot. Order a corn cu cascaval, home baked cheesy bread to go with it...mixed salt pickles, cartofi aurii, make a platter!Highly recommended.Only 4 points, for shortening the Menü

Service is okay ... it might happen that you have to wait longer for menu /bill, but no other complaints. As cooking style they have a fusion of Hungarian and regional Romanian kitchen. Not very stylish or elevate as a setting, but a rustic one with home cooked food style. Almost any meal you order you will get large portions and usually one can't eat two courses, maybe just a desert after the main course.
