After a tour of the castle, we stopped for a late lunch. The drinks were served promptly and the pizza was good. Outdoor seating is available for a nominal charge of $1.50 euros. The servers were pleasant and even withdrew one of the surcharges after a hair was found baked into the pizza crust. Hey, it happens. It's just a slice of life. Enjoy!!
Trattoria near Lake Bracciano, with typical Roman cuisine and street food, with the possibility to see all the matches and the sport

The menu intrigued us with the prices in Roman numerals- figures next to them incase you didnât know.Beautiful simple food and serving sizes were quite large. You could not go hungry here.Excellent and friendly service. Our limited Italian was not a problem. We tried and given sympathetic and reassuring prompts. Outdoor seating lovely and also has indoor seating. Would definitely recommend this place and love to return some day very soon.

Tipical italian low cost restaurant known as "Trattoria" serves genuine central italy specialties in the middle of the town. Fantastic local meat and fabulous wines. Here you find a warm family atmosphere. Fresh cakes every day!We also serve burgers, hot
Yes, the name may sound like a tourist trap, but we were actually the only non locals there. Try their humongous pasta (God bless the size of the plates!). We tried the carbonara and the one with local sausage, both were awesome. The price/quality/quantity factor of this place is unbelievable.

We dined here the evening and enjoyed the setting along the wall of the castle. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The steak was a bit over cooked and the pasta with clams had too many tiny chips of shell to be truly enjoyable.

We spent 90 days in Bracciano and believe they probably have the nicest and freshest looking Porchetta available. In addition this is a very quaint looking restaurant with many offerings. Centrally located just across the entrance to the castle. Very friendly staff. Make sure you take a peek at the "cave" entrance to the rear of the kitchen.

We were new in town looking for a place to eat lunch. How lucky were we to stumble on this gem. The waitress was friendly, helpful and suggested a seafood degustation. It was all cooked and presented perfectly. She then suggested ravioli to share to finish it off. What an amazing lunch we hadCaro cliente,Grazie per i complimenti che ha dedicato a mia moglie e per le bellissima recensione che ci ha lasciato. A presto!

Our ''Ristoranantino'' has the most beautiful view of the square. If you sit here, you can eat a fantastic plate of fresh pasta looking at the Castle or an excellent grilled salmon fillet with a salad of peas and quinoa. Our menu includes typical dishes o
Bracciano's Ristorante del Castello sits atmospherically beneath the impressive behemoth we later visited. It enjoys the ambiance afforded by the historic castle's largesse, presenting in itself an otherwise indistinctive visual character. Our young waitress proved both charming and supportive. (I'd forgotten to leave her a tip until returning to correct my error the next day).We began with a simple sliced fan style carciofi in EVOO, lime and shaved percorino at E11, a little high in price but the immediate area has a certain chi-chi vicino Romana authoritarian aura. Our thick pastas, possibly homemade, sat in a neutral red tomato sauce, topped with a small dollop of bufalo mozzerella and a wimpy teaspoon of chopped uncooked red shrimp which was supposed, one imagines, to lend impressiveness. The plates were pretty enough, but pricy and bland at E16 x 2. A decent glass of house white was E5. We had a bottle of still water and two (ugh) virtually COLD cappucini. The total bill with tip for so modest a meal came to an imposing E64.As we walked around the corner a bit we saw a (nice looking place) restaurant special lunch offering which included starter, primo, secondo, water and coffee for E18 pp. Peering at the plates, the offerings seemed more appealing as well as an outstanding value. However there was no imposing castle vista if one bent a chair 90 degrees left and 45 degrees back as was the case in our experience. Rating this experience average had more to do with the charming server than anything else. I suspect otherwise we'd have done a 2/5 stars.

Great mixed grills and strange but good mix of sea food and pistachio.Big portions and very tasty. Good wine and a big restaurant with full prosciutti on show that is hand cut to order. Nice wine and service. Their "free" bread that's on the table is very good and fresh.Dogs are allowed, toilet could of been cleaner but overall great experience. Around â¬80 for 4 people (only one main each and a bottle of wine)

The restaurant looks just up to "ok", some of the chair covers were stained. The waiters were unhelpful and clumsy. We were not offered a taste of the wine (which is a normal standard) and the bottle was just left on the table. The starters:Antipasto di terra consisted solely of few cured meat slices and a chilly jam to pair with god knows what. The sauteed mussels were just not fresh. The Mains:Fried shrimps were apparently good.Fried lake fish was horrible, if you know the different species you would have realized that two out of three were not what was written on the menu. The lowest bit was the batter, bright yellow, tasted like frittata, IF and I say IF it was handmade I heavily question by who and what training he/she has on cooking. We have never been asked if the food was ok.The prices are absolutely stellar high compared to what is served.Though but absolutely accurate.
