Based on very good experiences with Fogata in the past, we decided to try them for dinner once again on a visit to La Parguera. The newly renovated, open-air dining area on the second floor looked inviting, so we sat there where many tables remained unoccupied. After waiting an unusually long time for a server, we were attended and our orders were taken. A full 15 minutes later, our server returned to tell us that the food we requested was not available. We then ordered an alternative selection, and, again, after another long 15-min wait, we were told our second selections were not available. The server clearly did not know the menu for the evening and was not prompt in advising of changes. Very disappointed with the service. We adults ended up ordering kids' meals which our server said was available! Really? At the end of the meal, I left a major credit card for payment which another server picked up and disappeared to conduct the transaction. She showed back up at the table with two hand-written receipts that did NOT have my credit card number on them and asked me to sign them. This was totally confusing, so I challenged it. Getting another server involved, I discovered that my major credit card was not accepted by Fogata. Why was this not simply conveyed to begin with instead going through very unnecessary motions?Unacceptable service and unskilled wait staff will weigh very heavily into my future decision to try Fogata once again.
If you arrive early, you could see the fishermenâs delivery of fresh seafood, then the owners working with it to prepare their delicious food to offers. Fritters at the moment. Everything fresh. Joelly is in charge, she knows her stuff.

We had two ocean front rooms for our family and really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful and there is lots of space to just relax and enjoy the view. The kids loved the large pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were walking distance to dive shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Lajas!

Yolanda's bar and grill/ guesthouse is a family orientated environment, including a friendly crew that makes you feel at home. If you want to eat well we have a full menu and we do lunch specials... If you wantto relax and go to the cayo's? We can get you
Great atmosphere and very good food both local and standard fare. Here, a burger and a beer are hard to beat. Flat screen TV's and a complete bar complement the overall offerings of this restaurant. It is a stop on every trip while we are in La Parguera.

We had our lunch at La Casita and it was really good. They have tasty Puertorican food and have good options for typical puertorican seafood. The waitress was really attentive and kind. My wife and I had some fish and our kid had some meat. We combined our fish with Mofongo, it was good. I am not a fan of pastelillos, but they have some really good ones and I liked them. The prices are very reasonable, not expensive, I think that the dishes are below the $20 level. The food came out fast and tasty. This restaurant is close to the main street in La Parguera and close to the plaza and the Parador Villa Parguera. The Restaurant is spacious and confortable. We enjoyed our time there.

The food was absolutelly outstanding, the mamposteao with seafood, the skirt steak and even the chicken breast. Far from the general restaurants but worth the 5 min walk.

The place is cozy and friendly staff will greet you. Service is normal and informative. Our appetizers came with he food (they should arrive first). We had fish tacos that just had one little piece of fish, we asked the waiter about it. Later he came to our table with the same taco because the chef asked to take it back to us. We found this very unprofessional. Bathroom is near the open kitchen, this is something that amazed me. In general, it's a place to eat average, but we would never be back.

A small place in the entrance of La Parguera offering Brunch, tapas & dinner. A lot of classic and signature cocktails
Our waiter José was so knowledgeable and helpful about the area, the food was all delicious. Mofongo fritters and Thai chili sweet shrimp were my favorite, they make all kinds of homemade sangria and the menu is in English as well as Spanish.

It is a small restaurant that serves italian and puertorrican food. The pizza is great and big! They make everything fresh. The "carne frita con mofongo" is to die for. Their sangria is really good. Come to think about it, everything is delicious!
