We ate here yesterday after reading some good reviews and we're glad we did.. The place is pretty sketchy looking and not in the best neighbourhood. We both had Greek combos and the food was really good and the portions were huge. The srevice was friendly and you can't get better prices anywhere. The menu has a lot of options and the drinks are cheap as well. We will be going back again for sure.

I used web site to check menu.Food description was easy and I tried 1/2 bacon pemeal bacon sub.It fed 6 people.Then the cony fries pack in pizza box 8.00 unbelievably good and portioned for 4 people.The nacho full order look beautiful and packed in large pizza box. So $52.00 fed 6 people beer extra.I picked up order in 20 minutes.Children were eating in pub and Smaller order of Hamburger with fries.Yes recommend highly.

Have never been to a bar where they treat customers so badly. Worst service ever. This bar was one of the stops on my family's pub crawl and one of us ended up getting kicked out while the other party that was involved was allowed to stay. Also tried to accuse us of not paying our bills. Will NEVER step foot in this bar ever again. Will be sure to let everyone I know of the situation and how badly we were treated. Worst bar/restaurant I have EVER been to.

Not only are the prices right, but the white pizza is probably one of the best that I've had at any pizza place. The wings are big, have a lot of meat and the best that I've found in Welland. We have always had good service and Tailgates is always busy. It's clean, well lit and has a decent drink selection and a pool table on the other side as well as a covered patio. We come here at least once a month either just ourselves or with a group.

My wife and I went here for a lunch and totally enjoyed our service and our meal. It has a quaint Roadhouse atmosphere with lots of Tv's to watch sporting events and they also have a pool table for those who are inclined to have a game. The food was really well done and the house made chips with dip are very good.

Best fish I've had here! Went the other day and it was fantastic! The dining room was a little awkward because it was silent. But the food was wicked!.Thanks chef-athena!. We recently put in instrumental pop music through the dining room speakers to help cover up the random awkward silences that can occur.. Hope that helped. Cheers! Barry p.s. Stopped to eat at Ye Olde Squire based on other reviews, and it did not live up to our expectations. We did not have entrees, but shared a couple of appetizers. The poutine was was the biggest disappointment. Very dry. The french onion soup was decent, but too heavy on the red wine flavor. Overall there are better choices in Welland.

Recently visited with a friend and we were both disappointment with the quality of the food. Soup tasted canned, mashed potatoes tasted boxed, and the sandwiches we received were both inedible. The falafal wrap so dry it was hard to swallow, and the club sandwich was filled with what seemed like deli typed meats. We did start with the Buffalo Cauliflower bites which were very tasty!The service was great as always, but the atmosphere has changed since the renovations. Purple and green velour and tapestry, just an odd look.Disappointing since this restaurant has been a staple in Welland for so long.Hi Sandra, Sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit. We have had lots of people comment on how good the renovations are, the quality of the finish and the overall design, its a shame you don't feel the same but we respect your opinion! Our Club Ciabatta comes on a Ciabatta wrap, not bread, sorry for the confusion. As for the meat, it is stuffed with in-house roasted turkey and in-house roasted smoked ham, i'm not sure what happened there. Apologies about the falafel wrap, we can bring out extra dressing with all meals. Our soup is made fresh in-house and the chicken and mushroom that was the feature for the day is one of our more popular. If you do want to give us another chance then we'd be very grateful, its never nice to loose a guest, we do genuinely want everyone who dines at M.T. Bellies to have a great experience!
