After a visit to the Grand Caverns, we needed a place for lunch and a beer. The menu at Stable Craft looked good and the beer menu was surprisingly diverse. This gem is set on a farm with trash can beer pong, a large fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. Our large group enjoyed the burgers, tacos, short rib, Mac and cheese, and meatball sandwich. The beers were just as delicious and the 16 taps offer choices for everyone. Whether you go for the food or you go for the beer, Stable Craft is worth a visit.

This place is a big disappointment. (we've been here 3 times with the same result) It has a ton of potential because the interior is comfortable/quaint but, the service is terrible. The server barely recognized us (eventually served us) and clearly wished she was somewhere else. The beer is average at best.

This is a lovely, quiet little lounge that will definitely have people coming back again and again. Ken, the bar tender was quite possibly the best there is. Kind, patient, funny. It just adds to the exceptional service of the hotel. Full bar, lots of selection, great specials during Happy Hour. It's a must before and after live theatre in the evening.

We stopped by for lunch on our way home from Virginia Safari park and we enjoyed local brew and affordable delicious food. We traveled with 4 kids and it was kid friendly for lunch. The pizza, meatballs and wings were yummy and the service friendly. I nice option when traveling in the area with kids.

The Bistro was the perfect ending for a great day with friends. The drink list covered everyone, and our dishes were delicious. I had the shrimp and grits which were gluten free and outstanding. The portions were large but no one left much on their plate.

Ribs are first class and sauces are respectable. However......the week nite we were there at 5:00 pm, the waitress looked like she'd rather pull her liver out thru her nose with a crochet hook than be there. The kitchen was out of at least 5 menu items, including celery to go with blue cheese on the Buffalo wing appetizer and BBQ brisket. My order of wings came with a side missing, the wrong sauce, and missing blue cheese. No celery, of course. The building is old and not well cared for, but appears to be as clean as possible. If you've got a hankering for ribs, don't care about service and atmosphere, this could be your place.
