I was looking for a place to host an informal dinner following a memorial service. The TripAdvisor reviews on this place lead me to believe it would be tough to get in here, and tougher still to find enough seating for a group that could be up to 16 people. But this location was perfect, near our hotel. The menu had something for everyone. I decided to book an early reservation for 8 people (the most you could do on-line) using Open Table and then establish an Open Table account for my wife so she too could make a reservation for 8. As it turned out, no reservation was probably needed. The restaurant doesn't open until 5:00 which is about the time our group started to show up. Over time our group morphed to 24 people. Not to worry, we had one waitress dedicated to our group so ordering, food delivery and settling bills ended up being seamless. I could not be more impressed with the level of service. The building itself is a beautiful architectural masterpiece. Adjacent to the restaurant is a small pond with, on this day, Canadian geese and mallards with their broods of newly born babies toddling behind. I know they list this place as a brewery, and indeed the freshly brewed beers were good, but the food, the service and the ambiance of the place made it seem more like fine dining. Thank you so much for joining us and taking the time to leave us a review. We're happy to hear everything went perfect for you and your party. We appreciate the thorough review, cheers!

We ordered burgers rare -- and they came rare! Which is rare! Plus other special requests attentively handled. Great interior space plus outdoor seating. Mellow and relaxed in a Saturday afternoon.

The sliders are delicious, as were the two flat breads I tried. IIRC, one was a sausage and mushroom, and the other was a like a caprese. The service and environment created by Andrew and Jeff was warm and welcoming, and the pours were generous. Will be back soon!

A teaming large sports bar like environment with (unfortunately) many TVs, and (fortunately) many staff. They were busy on a Saturday night but we managed to get in without a reservation or a wait at 7:30pm.The first sensation is noise and crowds. Every space that could be taken with a table is used and the tables are close together. It was a little deafening and some more sound dampening materials wouldn't go astray. The staff were bustling and there are quite a few of them. We were approached for drinks twice before we had made up our minds, and one more time before I had had the chance to read the menu. The menu is focused on burgers and tacos for food, and beer and bourbon (and Rye / Whiskey). The beer menu was extensive and rotating, and the bourbon menu also looked like an interesting collection of regional breweries. We both ordered burgers, me the 28 day dry aged steak with mushrooms and caramelized onions. This was great at first bite, but got seriously delicious when I hit a pocket of the onions with the mushrooms. The meat was cooked medium rare to perfection. My wife had the Fig burger which was also loaded with tasty and interesting cheese as well as the figs. There were plenty of vegetarian burgers as well.Everything was quick, tasty, great service. The burgers are obviously expensive by US standards, but worth it. A great choice for a tasty and satisfying treat, but nothing extra special.
