We had lunch here and thoroughly enjoyed the grilled fish sandwich and the very moist pineapple rum cake - served warm.The conch chowder on the other hand was disappointing. It tasted like a beef vegetable soup - a fairly good one - but nothing like a conch chowder should taste

3 of us had lunch at this Duffy's location and enjoyed a nice lunch. Duffy's has a good menu reasonably priced. The Poke Rice Bowl was very good. Very good clam chowder served piping hot.

I have been several times. The menu is varied with great choices in all groups. Service is top notch. A word of advice, make reservations during season or you may have a wait.

Well, a loud mouthed, screaming woman really ruined our dining experience. We know this place is loud and we are big football fans, so we did not expect a quiet dinner. But, one woman, that the management did not care enough for the entire rest of the restaurant, to ask her to quiet down. A few nearby tables, got up and moved outside. We tried to talk while she was screeching and yelling and even the waitresses noticed but it not appear that any management working. Our food was promptly served and we quickly ate so we could leave. Fish and chips were a bit greasy, but good flavor. The steak fries were wonderful. Open faced Prime rib sandwich was just okay, not bad, not great. For all the competition, we were disappointed that it just wasn't as good as it used to be. That one person, ruined the evening for many. We would have stayed for another drink, but didn't.

We won't eat at many chain restaurants, but Flanigan's is one we love. They have good food and specials during the week. The Stuart location has good staff, nice outside seating and a big inside bar area.
