We had dinner here last Saturday night. I had the Prime rib special and it was great. The au gratins were very tasty too. They tasted homemade. Everyone else in our party enjoyed their food as well. Large portions and wonderful service. Fun neighborhood place.

My wife and I arrived around 3:30pm on Thursday, July 25th. It was very busy at that time, but we were greeted right away and seated at about the 3rd table adjacent to the bar. Our server was very nice and quite attentive. Being newbies, we did not know what we were going up against with our meals, so we ordered an appetizer of hand dipped cheese curds. They were awesome! I ordered the Lodge Burger. When it arrived I saw that I was in way over my head with the amount of food we ordered. The burger was delicious, as were the French fries. Sadly I had to waste quite a few French fries, as it was a huge serving, and the cheese curds were too yummy to pass up. We had a great visit and would not hesitate to stop in again.

Stopped in for burgers and beers while in the area for a hockey tournament. Seated a group of 7 immediately. Quick and knowledgeable service. Varied selection of beers to meet any taste. Also a good selection of appetizers and sandwiches. Enjoyed the food and the location. Worth the visit.

Seems this place will be relegated to appetizers and drinks during happy hour only from now on.The riblets were absolutely terrible for the price they charge. Im not sure that was even meat.My salad had to be sent back as the lettuce was literally soggy and rotting. My daughter said her chicken was good, my steak was average and thankfully its difficult to mess up a baked potato. Its not terrible.....just not a place to go out of your way for.For the money, I will go to other restaurants for meals.

We're the "Home of the Juicy Lucy", is a special kind of Midwestern treat. Our half pound Juicy patties are stuffed full of cheese and then grilled to a sizzle on a flat top. To top it off, we serve our cheesy creation on bakery fresh buns, made daily. Fi
The happy hour items were good size and able to be shared with 2 or 3 persons without a problem. The service was good and the server was very pleasant. The food on the regular menu is good portion size and tasty!

This place is hopping on Saturday with a make your own Bloody Mary bar. Food is really good; had the Breakfast Sammie with a fried egg, deli turkey, greens and avocado. Very generous portion served on whole grain bread and accompanied by delicious fries. Lunch menu is also available in the late morning. Really great that there is a less noisy dining room with table service in a back room. Service on this visit was prompt and friendly. Plan to return for dinner.

If you are in search of a good, juicy, one of a kind burger, look no further. There is something for everyone on the Red Cow menu. Vast beer list, yummy cocktails, a dozen burgers to choose from and great happy hour. Highly recommend giving this place a try! Unfortunately parking in the area can be a huge hassle, and they donât take reservations so weâve waited up to an hour for a table. Must try the cheese curds!!

My husband and I met his sister for dinner. We were looking for a convenient location, a reasonably quiet venue (we're getting to the age where we can't hear conversations in noisy restaurants), and decent food. The Fireside Lounge was, indeed, convenient and has free parking, the food was fine (although sides of potato chips seem a bit chintzy to me), and it was quiet when we arrived. Unfortunately, we didn't scroll to the end of the website and did not know that Monday is BINGO night. Needless to say, once that started, any conversation was impossible. Choose your night carefully.

We come here for guy's night pretty regularly. If you order the pizza, you won't be disappointed. The Wings are also really good - I like the "boulevard wings" dry rub and crispy without being greasy or skimpy. The Sicilian sandwich is also a favorite.Prices are good for drinks and food. Locally owned and a local crowd.Service can suffer when it's crowded.

Ok, let's admit it, a little grease makes things taste better. However, just couldn't seem to get away from the grease. The onion rings actually left a lot of oil, then there was the hamburger which was a little greasier than expected, plus it was covered with cheese and and onion straws. Everything tasted great you could almost get hardening of the arteries just by looking at the food.
