Outdoor seating is very basic with bar right at your fingertips. Food is very good. You can get a large variety of dishes. The men's bathroom smelled like sewage. When I told the bartender, she didn't seem to care one bit. The restaurant could do without her. Overall a good spot for a bite and a beer.

Good pub atmosphere; good pub food, and excellent service. This about sums it up. A lot of specials on the menu; a large variety of draft and bottled beer. Good appetizers and desserts also. Before dinner, free popcorn, shelled peanuts and peanut butter and crackers are offered.Everyone is friendly, especially the wait staff. The pub has been around a long time and has a great reputation. This is a must stop for lunch or dinner while in Boylston.

We dine out often. We found this restaurant on Trip Advisor. Reveiws tell it all. Parking is in the back via the door. Wheel chair accesable. Very clean and updated. Nice pub atmosphere with several TV's with sports playing. I saw families there.Friendly staff cares about customers. There was outside seating, booths, and tables.Food: something for everyone. I got the fish which was excellent. My husband loved the meatloaf. Great veggies, The food was nicely presented. Good prices. I would go there again. See pictures. Healthy, delicious food. You know where it comes from because you're at Whole Foods, So why go anywhere else? I love the summer salad w/ salmon, arugula, goat cheese, shaved fennel and pistachios and a glass of Malbec while my husband loves the burger and a good IPA. Easy, casual. Order at the bar and they deliver to your table. A bit chilly so bring as extra layer. Love this place, better than the Tavern on The Whatever next Door.

The food was just ok. They do have a few interesting items on the menu. The atmosphere is nothing to write home about. This place has changed hands a few times in the last 10 years or so and I don't think any of the new owners did any upgrades at all.it is sort of dirty and worn out.The server we had was good but it didn't make up for the rest of the experience

This was my second time and except for the Philly steak sub, the food is OK, nothing to write home about. The waitresses did a great job but most of the food they serve is not on anyone's diet program.

This was my first time eating there. For a rainy Sunday night there was a pretty good crowd, not crazy busy. We were seated, given menus and water. We ordered when the waitress came back. After meals arrived, we never saw another person until we had to go to the front and get our waitress. We were sitting near the bar.Some food did not even arrive to the table even after we flagged down a person and asked for the rest of our food. Overall, the food was served hot and on time, service was less than exceptional. I hope this was a one off and we just somehow ended up in no mans land on this particular evening.

Went with some work friends(17).It took awhile to get seated but on a Thursday night the bar was humming and time passed quickly.Once seated our waitress was outstanding and made a separate itemized bill for all of us.I had the hummus which was fresh and delicious.For a main course, I had a haddock dish. It was baked , and plated on a bed of spinach.It was delicious.Great atmosphere, great time!

Brunch on Sunday. Armsby serves brunch till 3.0 PM or so. Interesting menu with very filing and tasty options. An outstanding and eclectic selection of beers on draft and by the bottle. Helpful knowledgeable staff with good suggestions for pairing beer to food choices.Very good bar with interesting cocktails. Design your own bloody mary (perfect for Sunday brunch)

Iâve eaten here a handful of times and Iâve always enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food and drinks. My last visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered the Acadia Seafood Platter and it was overcooked and not enjoyable. The veggies on the platter were also overcooked and tasteless. Other meals in our party of three were up to standard and very good. My wife asked about gluten free bread and was warned by the waitress that she would not recommend it. She brought a sample for her to try and indeed, it was awful. This restaurant has a lot of good things going for it but it still has room for improvement. Also, finding a palatable bread for those with dietary restrictions would be a plus.
