I stayed at the Westin in Sendai and this bar/lounge was my oasis of calm at the end of each day after work. The selection of beverages and desserts here are delicious and I enjoyed relaxing here with my laptop checking out the view of the city lights after dark. The service is fast and they will accommodate any requests as best as they can for the foreign visitor. I will return

If you are wanting to try some local craft beer this is the place to come! They have a wonderful selection of beers from around the local Tohoku region, as well as from around Japan. They also have a few of American selections as well. We sat at the bar, and had a good talk with the friendly bar tenders. They were able to explain where each beer was from and if they liked the brewer or not. The kitchen sits in the middle of the restaurant and is open for all to see. It is quite entertaining to watch the guys work and talk with them as they prepare food.

A great place for a beer or two and a snack, it's on the station concourse where most of the eating places are, and like all Kirin City branches it has several beers on tap. It has tables(smoking/non smoking) and a bar to sit at where you can watch out the door and see the station life.The menu is mostly western in style but you come here when you pass through the station, it's not destination dining but something to keep you going.
