This is the venue where my father and I go when I am back in Germany. I must say that I am always pleasantly surprised by the freshness and the taste of the food as well as the hospitality of the hosts.

Rustikal, freundlich, manchmal auch grantelig, fast immer gut besucht: das ist DER OTTO in Deggendorf. Seit vielen Jahren ist der Otto eine Institution. Hier treffen sich Schüler, Lehrer, Studenten und Hochschullehrer...und auch die, die nichts mit Lehren und Lernen zu tun haben.
