First time here. Have always heard that it is quite noisy so have avoided it. But went for late lunch and it was quiet. Large selection of craft beers, something for everyone. Several are local. We tried Topa Topa Chief Peak IPA 12 oz $8 and Pocock Old Red Brown 12oz $8. Both were good, but not if you sampled one after the other. They are completely different. For lunch we had the Ruben with chips $14 and since it was Taco Tuesday tried the Spicy Pork Taco special $10. The Ruben was big. Brought 1/2 home, but it was sure good. The taco were two street tortillas, made in house, lots of pork, cabbage and pico de gallo. Excellent and perfect size for lunch. My only complaint was the tortillas were greasy. We will definitely be back, for lunch though

It is a 'sister' restaurant to George's Bistro, Santa Monica CA
My husband and I visited for a late lunch/early dinner on a weekday. We have been on a quest to seek out new restaurants to try and this was one of them. I was pleasantly surprised by such a nice restaurant in a shopping mall. The exterior with outside seating was inviting and the inside had nice splashes of color making it both happy looking and contemporary. A bonus is that they have a glass walled in area for private parties. We started with soups -- tomato bisque for the husband and a cucumber and honeydew melon gazpacho for me. Both were delicious and very hearty portions of soup. It was especially nice to have a cold soup option on our hot So. Calif. summer days. My husband selected the beef koobideh for his entrée and I had the filet mignon kabob (barg). Again, both were delicious. I especially appreciated that they brought a shaker of sumac to the table as it is so good sprinkled on the rice and meat. I was not so much a fan of the cucumber yogurt kind of sauce and wish they offered a thick yogurt and moussir option. Service was very attentive and timely. As the afternoon turned to evening, more diners arrived and soon the place was filled up. The menu had many delectable dishes so we will definitely be returning to try more concoctions. This place has more to offer than Mediterranean fare, with something for everyone. That being said, we do appreciate the emphasis on Mediterranean as we need more establishments like that in the SCV.

It threw me off that a waitress didnât come around, but itâs not a deal breaker. They had great margaritas and you canât beat the $15 for 4 drinks. We had the nachos and added chicken, there is a ton of cheese, but they are good. I had a burrito and it was massive, could only eat half! My husband had the mesquite burger and he liked it. Overall good, and quick meal.

We haven't been here in 17 months since we were last here and walked out. However, we really had a hankering for a hamburger so decided to give it another chance. Luckily we got a good waitress and our food was perfectly cooked. I do agree that they are serving up less of their fries initially. Pretty busy for a mid-afternoon on Monday, which is a good sign.

Great wine, outstanding food, nice service. It's hard to find - no sign at all! Bit definitely worth searching ;)We had sauteed shrimp, shrimp seviche, basil pesto penne with shrimp, empanadas, their fampus links. Everything was perfect! We even got a bonus of meatballs from the chef!Great! Great! Great!
