I cannot rate this passionate beer brewer enough. The passion that comes through in drinking one of the beers is clear to all - great flavours, amazing taste and truly enjoyable.I have travelled and tried many beers from around the world, from mainstream to micro-breweries, but this stands head and shoulders above most. I enjoyed the beer so much that we asked the brewer Ivano to show us his operation and that is where I learnt how much work goes into the amazing product he delivers. His little restaurant is very well decorated, cosy and inviting - a place that should not be missed if visiting Saluzzo. I hope that Birrificio della Granda expands their business to service the many genuine beer lovers of the world - this beer should be stocked in any bar that is serious about serving quality product to their customer.

I spent 6 days in Saluzzo and ended up visiting Interno Duo for 5 times. The food was outstanding. The carne cruda was better than the Michelin Star restaurants while staying there. The pasta dishes delightful and fresh with great flavours. The meat and fish dishes were prepared perfectly and tasty.The service was what also really stood out for me. The chef Paulo was a true host in every sense of the word. Anything you needed they tried to accomodate and the service was fast, friendly and efficient.For Italian cuisine, this ranks right up there with the best in the world. I look forward to visiting there again in the near future.

My wife and I had lunch here today while in Saluzzo. We sat on the shaded front terrace and could that see the place was filled with locals lunching during their breaks. The menu is fairly simple and exceptional value. We only had 2 courses and could not manage all that was on our plates! My mixed salad was huge as was my wife's mozzarella with grilled vegetables. I the had the 3 grain "risotto" with vegetable sauce, my wife had the spaghetti with bacon, tomato and cheese. Her plate was enormous - about 4x what she needed, mine too was too much. Both dishes were OK, not great. We had a glass of Arneis each and paid around â¬33. The place was quite busy so the good value is clearly popular.

Il Montmartre, anzi il "Mon" per chi è della zona, è un must della storia saluzzese... dai tempi in cui i pub si contavano sulle dita di una mano! Appena dentro la città vecchia è molto frequentato, si respira un'aria familiare e amichevole ed un clima spensierato. Panini e birre ottimi, gestori cortesi, atmosfera da festa sempre!

In un quadro autunnale, accanto ai dipinti di Matteo Olivero e sullo sfondo le poderose mura del castello, questo piccolo bar (con suggestivo porticato) offre una piacevole sosta. Panino ottimo con spremuta di arance aspettando che i musei cittadini riaprano dopo la pausa pranzo....
