We stopped in while walking around Put-in-Bay and found it delightful! She had a German Cabernet (really!). I had a flight of beers followed by the Warsteiner Pilsner - all excellent! They have an outside covered area with games such as cornhole and others. And, they carry excellent cigars! We greatly enjoyed our stop and will return!
Stopped in and had an outdoor drink after dining elsewhere during a mid-week afternoon. Not crowded. Street-view seating in the shade was perfect! Drinks came by the glass, and thatâs what they used which was a plus. I enjoyed my reasonably priced ($9) red sangria while people watching in the warm lake breeze. Service was friendly and fast. We were checked on, but not pestered. Nice. Country music was a little loud. Not much to my liking, but I know itâs fairly popular.

Joes Bar & Restaurant is in the home of the old Doller grape wine cellar. This small bar is a must stop on your island tour. A good selection of beers and mixes and their signature Sloppy Scotty sandwich with World Famous Bloody Marys. I'm not going out-
Sitting around a few other people trying to figure out what we are supposed to do to get service. One gentleman went to the outdoor bar and asked was told it's not a good time to order food. Oh! Hmm. Meanwhile drunk guy singing kept saying he was done, but then kept talking covering the same things 3 different times. The couple next to us said, "I though he said he was done 3 different times!" Sad...

We did a beer sampler, found their light beers to be strong and un-blended/flavors and not very smooth. Their stouts, particularly their pass out bourbon stout, were the highlight. The food was good, average fare sandwiches, burgers, and pizzas. We didn't try the vodka/mixed drink options. It's mainly street parking availability with it being on the edge of downtown.

I came in for a quick bite before heading back to the mainland. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was quick and tasty. Music was a nice addition.Recommended

The Round House Bar is another of the many hot spots for food, beverages and entertainment on the main through fair of Put In Bay. Doing our make shift pub crawl through town one afternoon, we decided to stop in for a beverage and to listen to the music and comedy of Mike "Mad Dog" Adams. I gather that Mad Dog, the "Original Ziggy Zaggy Man" of Put In Bay, has been a regular at Round House, performing there for forty seasons. I understand that he rotates seasons between Put in Bay and Florida, based upon the weather. Mad Dog offers a continuous banter with the crowd, probably not for the sensitive ears of younger children. The afternoon we heard him he was heavy on the banter and jokes, while light on music. My preference would have been toward more singing, but the crowd was enjoying his routine. The bar service was really good. The beverages selections and pricing were also fine. We enjoyed a couple drinks and the crowd as much as Mad Dog. No issues in returning here on a future visit.

We had a such great time eating and having a pint at this Irush pub! My love visiting from Ireland was very impressed with everything and our lovely hostess and waitress from Ireland as well. Thanks for a great experience. I had my first pint, twice!! Sue Gromley w/Jack Sheahan

Had dinner here, ordered the perch sandwich, which was excellent. All the food was really good. Only objection was the waitress didn't bring me my drink I ordered. Food, however, was really good.Hi THOMAS R, we are so glad that you enjoyed your perch! We also hope that you finally got the drink you ordered after you explained to your server that that there was an error. Please come see us again soon!

Quality food, drinks and entertainment in an island setting
We decided to eat lunch here while in Put In Bay on the recommendation of others, my husband had the perch tacos which were $7.00 a piece for just a tack no fries with it no chips no pickles and they were small so 2 tacos with fries added was over $20.00. I had the ceaser salad that was $13 and that was with no chicken, if you wanted chicken it was an extra $4.00. The food was ok nothing to write a great review about, the inside of the bar was done rustic and had a small place you could buy t-shirts in the corner, I'm sure if you look at other places for lunch on the island you can find a much better place.
