We strolled here and LOVED it. We got the shrimp cupcakes (camarao cuptecos) - phenomenal. A fried pastry with meat gorgonzola cheese (croqete de carne c/ gorgonzola) - amazing. We finished off with the meat, cheese and fries plate (under the traditionals section). We also got some drinks. We spent around $100 real. The meals are for 2 people.

Dirty Old Man is situated in the heart of Cidade Baixa, the bohemian neighbourhood of Porto Alegre.The pub is inspired on the work of Charles Bukowski, american writer. It has a great variety of cocktails, from the simple Cuba Libre to the exotic Mé, made with the traditional Brazilian alcoholic beverage cachaça. For those who prefer to stick with the more traditional ales, the place has a nice selection of beers as well. I have tried the food only once, a dish called Frye and Lee (we only had the Lee since we are vegetarians) and it was very nice, really good value for money.The ambience is quite pleasent, low lights, dark walls. On the first floor there is a bookshelf with interesting literary works (never actually saw anyone reading there) right by a comfortable sofa. On the second floor there is a deck for those who wish to smoke. Although they have recently enlarged the first floor, the place can still get quite crowded, so it is good to arrive early in order to get a table. Staff is always friendly and the orders don't usually take long, even if the place is full.

(This is about Lagom on Rua Comendador Caminha, cause I've never been on the other one)If you're looking for a very good variety of artesanal beers, good location, an excellent environment with good music (classic rock), this is the place. The service is flawless, since the employees are extra careful and always willing to help you. If you're in doubt what to drink, they will help you choose, even giving you with free samples till you decide. On Tuesdays nights they offer a "Viking buffet" with gammon, fruits, dry fruits, cheese, quiche, some variety of sausages and sauces. Their food menu is also pretty complete, with good hamburgers and desserts.

Você tem que dirigir ao caixa, onde recebe um cartão onde serão inseridas as suas despesas.Os pedidos devem ser feitos no bar, tanto das bebidas como das comidas. O número de torneiras são 20 e as cervejas são boas, com o problema de não serem totalmente geladas.O atendimento é muito camarada.O nÃvel de ruÃdo é muito elevado e em muitos momentos quase supera os 100 decibéis.Na noite em que eu visitei a casa, uma cão circulava solto pelo salão.

Lovely and cozy place, good for a first date, friends gathering or just getting a drink. The sangria it's the house special, and the food it's delicious good options for Vegetarians not so many for vegans .I recommend siting outside on the back for a great experience!
