Located downtown in the historic Greyhound Bus Station, Paducah Beer Werks opened its doors in March 2015. PBW boasts four regular brews-including the 2015 GABF Bronze Medal winning Pale Ale and 2015 Alltech Commonwealth Cup Silver Medal winning Irish Red
This is a nice place to stop for a local beer and some good food. They have quite a few local beers and the food is very good. Bartender, Francis, is a very nice guy and good bartender. Glad we don't live around here or we'd be there many times a week. Close to the Quilt Museum so very convenient when visiting there.

I have eaten here for the first time this past month. I had the hot italian sub which was enormous and delicious. The portions are huge and the dressings are home made. We had lunch on this date and the service was excellent. A couple weeks later we had dinner here on a Friday evening. While the food was still excellent the service left a little to be desired. 2 in our party got their food while the rest of the party wasn't served until 10 minutes later. When you look at the prices consider the fact that you will have enough food for 2 meals. If you are looking for an appetizer, I would recommend the Loaded Idahos. I look forward to eating here again.

Very crowded on a Sun. evening. I ordered filet...it was very chewy. Like no filet i have ever eaten before. Didn't have the shape of one, either. I ask if it was sirloin and they looked at me like I was being difficult. The decor is very nice.Entryway is crowded if you are in a wheelchair or walker. Not much room for wait list.Wait staff never cleared our dirty appetizer plates. The table got very crowed with dirty dishes and our entrée dishes together. Not appetizing either. Their tables for 6 are a very tight fit. Not a comfortable experience. It is just your typical big box chain steakhouse.

The ladies waiting the tables were friendly and fast but the kitchen made them look bad. The poor girl waiting our table had to come out of the kitchen to tell us that they were out of something we ordered. When we finally found something to order that they actually had she brought it right to our table. We ordered pulled pork on toast, half rack of ribs and corn fritters with the included sides of beans, slaw and fries. I ordered waffle fries and they were actually chewy. The slaw was salty and the beans were bland. My husband liked the pulled pork and he eats it in every state we visit. My ribs were tasty but half of the meat was too tough to eat. It is really reasonably priced but if we're traveling through again, we won't stop here.
