Casual dining in a rustic atmosphere has made The Country House Restaurants a west suburban favorite for more than 35 years. The Clarendon Hills Country House is a great spot for a quick business lunch, a relaxed dinner, or just to have a cocktail with yo
On a bus trip ,this restaurant was included in our packet. The food that was served to the group was alittle different than the rest of the restaurant. The White Fish was served dry and overcooked. Some of the guest did get their meal replaced but I was told it seemed as if they had defrosted which made the fish very wateree in taste..I had the roast beef and it taste as if it came out of a can.I was not impressed by the food or service.

Weâve been going to Bakersfield since itâs opening years ago. While in its first year, fancier choices were offered, the menu is still very good, offering something for everyone. From prime rib to fried chicken (which is excellent even though I typically avoid fried foods), to low calories salads with grilled wild Alaskan salmon, thereâs something for every taste. We sat outside on the patio, enjoyed great service and fabulous food. I love that you can buy a bottle of wine from the Standard Market across the street and not pay corkage. I will go back again and again.

We're a local restaurant and sports bar located on Butterfield Road across from the Yorktown Shopping Center near the Ronald Reagan Memorial Tollway and 355, next to The Carlisle. Come hang out, watch sports, be yourself and enjoy the company of others wi
I visited during a Bears game (they were being slaughtered by the Saints) and they have an impressive number of flat screens all around the place (not just around the bar itself). They also had a number of well-known IPAs available and a food menu with standard bar fare (plus better entrees too). I went with an order of their Zinger wings (hottest sauce) and they were just OK (a little on the dry side, truth be told).Service was fine and prices were inline with places like this.Hey, GoneOffTheGrid! Very conveniently located inside of the Oak Brook DoubleTree. You get the bar experience without having to leave the hotel. Service is friendly. Wings are good. And the house Chardonnay isn't bad! There are lots of TVs with different live sporting events. There's plenty of seating, even though the venue isn't very large. There's also a full menu, so there's more than just bar food to choose from, but the kitchen does close at midnight.

I hadn't been here in a while. When a friend chose it for a get together, I didn't remember it as having great food, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a special, Georgia Chicken Pecan that was excellent; tender, great flavor, generous portion. The garlic mashed potatoes and the carrots and green beans were delicious. I would definitely recommend this dish. Service was great.

Enjoyed a beautiful early dinner at Fuller House. The outdoor area was very comfortable and relatively quiet for a great early summer evening. I had the pulled pork and the lobster mac-n-cheese. Both were delicious! My wife had the chop salad and my daughter the black bean burger. Both were great. Will definitely go back.

Pub style with burgers & Italian food.
We dropped in after picking up a family member from Midway Airport for dinner. My wife picked this place off of TripAdvisor, it had a good rating, so we figured we'd give it a try. It's next to the Graue Mill, so you can hear the roar of the water as you get out of your car. The restaurant itself is fairly common - your basic sports bar - lots of TV screens, with the Cubs - Mets game playing on two screens, and one droning on about a possible tornado strike on Washington DC (too bad it's only a dream).Regardless, we were told to pick our own seats, so we found one and were promptly greeted over the ROAR of the crowd. This place is LOUD, so having an intimate conversation is pretty hard. The food itself was good. We ordered the Jalapeño Poppers, and they were good. Two of our party ordered the Salmon Sandwich, while one had the Portobello Mushroom sandwich. They were all good, and the fries were good.I had a Sam Adams Boston Lager, and it was served with a chilled glass. It was nice and fresh - very good. So, apart from being LOUD, good food, comfortable chairs, good service. So, maybe bring ear plugs?

I went here with friends after a movie. They still had their happy hour menu for some great drink deals and bits to eat. We shared a gluten free pizza and veggies and hummus. Good choice with many gluten free options on their main menu too. Thanks for leaving us such a wonderful review. We are thrilled that you loved your experience. I am so glad that you enjoyed our gluten free options. We put customer experience and satisfaction as our priority, and your review reaffirms the hard work we put in every day.
