Visited on a recent trip to the casinos as our hotel was right next door. Food was good, waitress in the bar area was outstanding and I was happy to introduce my sister who had never been to one, just what a great place it is!

Food is average, drinks are average, and service was a little bit above average but not great. My friend had to send her steak back because it was cold. The s'mores desert was a kids dream though, definitely a highlight.

Food was horrendous. Prime rib in sandwich was sliced so thin you could see through the individual slices. They were overdone to the point of being charcoal. Onion rings were greasiest ones I have ever been served. Fried cabbage that was cooked was good but that was only half of the serving. The music was blaring and this was LUNCH time. The one good thing was the restroom is in a convenient place. I have Ben wanting to go there for some time and was extremely disappointed.

Spent early Sunday afternoon here watching the 1pm NFL games. only about 20 bar seats and we were shut out for that but they have a good number of high top first come first serve tables. great TV viewing no matter where you sit as TV wall is in semi-circle. Service was excellent. Mixed drinks very small $7each. beer special (bud light/coors light) was very reasonable $2.50/12 oz draft. Wings were really lame. they have like 4 flavors of which we tried 2 and neither was any good. basically just frozen wings cooked and then just dusted with some dry rub flavoring. definitely would not order these again but try something else. Great place to watch game grab some drinks. jury still out on eating here.

This was our first visit toCafe Otis, located directly across the street from City Hall in Norwich. The interior is very open and completely remodeled. The staff was friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Lunch is served cafeteria style with multiple hot entreeâs and a choice of up to 3 sides. In addition there is a salad bar option, soups, smoothies, and vegetarian options. I had the shredded beef with cabbage, mashed potatoes ,and corn all of which were excellent and filling. My wife had the shredded pork and the same sides and was equally pleased, add 2 sparkling waters for 24 dollars. There also is a bar with very reasonable prices(opens at 3:00) Overall a wonderful spot with great food that is reasonably priced .Thank you for taking the time to write this review & provide your feedback. We are delighted that you enjoyed your visit & hope to see you soon!

We have visited many 99 restaurants on our travels thru New England. On our last visit to this area we ate at the 99 in Groton which was very good. This trip we decided to try the 99 in Norwich. That was a mistake. The hostess asked us "how many?" took two menus and lead us to a booth, put the menus on the table and walked away not saying a word. By th e way, the restaurant looked worn and in need of a good cleaning. The waitress came immediately and asked about drinks which came to our table promptly. We ordered chowder and hot buttered lobster rolls as our entrees. The crocks of chowder were brought out but the entrees of lobster were put on our table about 2 minutes later. No explanation was given and the waitress just walked away. Needless to say, the hot buttered lobster was no longer "hot" by the time we were ready to eat it. We will not be back to this place but will go to the 99 in Groton the next time we are in this area.Hello - This is the 99 Restaurantsâ Guest Relations Department. Originally we pulled into a downtown brewery that recently opened and had great reviews but there were fire trucks blocking our entry and the area was cordoned off. We were hungry and didnât want to wait around so we searched Trip Advisor and found this place and we are so glad we did. Itâs a cute little place in the middle of Norwichtown Mall. Itâs decor is a simple combination of neutral tones and huge pictures of children. We liked the lamps hanging over the tables and booths. Our server was Zinteel - a stunningly beautiful young woman with a vivacious personality. I had the eveningâs specialty drink which was a salted caramel martini and it was scrumptious. My husband had the Stardust IPA which he enjoyed. For dinner I had the Buffalo Blue Burger and fries which were done to perfection. The buffalo sauce was what Iâd call a mellow spice. The French fries are dusted in flour and sea salt which is an interesting variation on regular fries. My husband had the meatloaf dinner which he said was very good (except that the mashed potatoes needed to be served hotter). Weâre in Connecticut for a few more weeks and most likely will return to 36 Town and will definitely refer it to everyone!

Restaurant within Mohegan Sun Casino and resort
I started with their onion and ale soup. Very good! I had the Rueben and my wife had the chicken sandwich. Food was served promptly and hot. Good quality. Many kinds of beer as you would expect. Waitress was especially pleasant and sincere. We would go back again.

Excellent atmosphere for drinks and food! The beers on tap are local and the staff is thoroughly trained to offer up suggestions to those of us that have a little trouble deciding. They are also versed and stocked with a full bar. These Guys know their stuff! We will return to grab a new brew sometime soon!
