Volare on beautiful campus corner has excellent pizza and you can dine inside or ride the elevator to the 5th floor and enjoy the awesome rooftop bar. I recommend the Bee Sting paired with an ice cold beer. The prices are very reasonable and the service is amazing.

Bison Witches Bar & Deli is a locally owned restaurant located in the downtown arts district of Norman, OK and less than a mile away from the University of Oklahoma. Established in 1997, the restaurant has become a town favorite for lunch and night life!
As i am older and am a big live music guy i like the changes at Bison witches. they took out some booths added a stage and have decent bands in there yeah! i went out with a friend this last friday Night and Victor was the bartender and was friendly. I will agree with other reviews that although i really like the place the staff NEED to be more outgoing. We were at Puebla prior to coming here and the atmosphere was light years ahead of the friendliness at bison witches. Still one of my go to places, good prices, good drink specials good food now if only the staff acted like they actually appreciated you spending your money there.

Thought it was an Irish pub, but the menu is 100% all American, burgers, grilled cheese, salad, chicken fried steak etc. Don't expect anything Irish except that they serve beer. Had a tomato and basil soup with a grilled cheese, it was quite average. Soup was too salty so added some Splenda to balance out the flavors. Grilled cheese was tasty. Overall just a very average American eatery.

Friendly service, great beer selections with rotating specials. The food is also great. I love Mama's Casserole! Things have a slight kick here but are not really spicy. We go for date nights but it is also a family friendly place. Lots of TV's to watch the games if that is your thing.

I mean - the host had a red beard and our waiter has a brown beard - so clearly off-label. Big check-in weekend at OU. Sorority girls dressed to impressed, dudes wearing backwards OU hats combined with over-stressed parents from stroking too many checks. We went Salmon-salad, pork street tacos and chicken nachos. Salmon fresh, nice greens and loved the green apples and blue-cheese dressing.Happy hour beers $3.00!!Great visit.

This has quickly become one of my favorite places to come for a great meal. I have eaten here many times over the last few months and have not had anything less than excellent food and service. First, you MUST have their signature SWIRL drink! It is a refreshing sangria & margarita blend. YUM! The best plate IMHO is the chicken enchiladas. It comes with rice, beans, lettuce & tomatoes. A side of chips and salsa rounds out the meal. The chicken is plentiful, shredded and fantastic. Also amazing is their tilapia and any of their salads. As appetizers go, we are partial to the wings. Great quantity and choices of dipping sauces. Try the blu cheese. You will not be disappointed! The nuclear nachos are amazing and definitely a sharing plate. The patio is great on the cooler days with the heaters running and indoors is cozy with pretty stained glass and a fireplace. DON'T MISS THIS PLACE!

Went to this restaurant last night to try it out. This is what I found:1. Not enough food. Plates are very small. When I commented on it to my waitress, she told me that the plates were lunch plates. They sure didn't charge us lunch prices.2. When I asked for bread, she said that was considered as an appetizer and I could purchase it if I wanted bread with my meal. Most good German restaurants offer a basket of complementary bread or German rolls. 3. This restaurant has much to learn about keeping their guests. Unless they change, I will not be back. 4. The waitress didn't offer to fill my husband's tea glass until we were getting ready to leave!5. Each entree comes with only one side. REALLY?????!!!!!

Stopped here for dinner while gambling at the casino. We tried the burger, beer battered chicken tenders and chicken patty. The entrees and starter Caesar salad was good. The sweet potato side was tasty with toasted mini marshmallows on top. The French fries were a little soggy, but otherwise all was tasty. Service was attentive and prices reasonable. Each booth has there own television and can select their preferred channel to view.
