The soup was hot but was I suspect from a tin and not homemade and the coffee was ok but expensive - I guess because of the position of the café rather than anything else.

Very nice place where you can relax eat and drink after visiting the town of Schaffhausen. Even when the place was really packed with people the staff was well organized and very friendly. They were very attentive. the terrace was very busy even by a colder Saturday. The Non smoking lounge was upstairs which wasn't bad at all because so you have a nice view over the main street, unluckily the furniture wasn't in the best condition. As we eyed around we got the impression that the meals served around us looked very good and specially the burgers seems to be a bestseller. Unluckily we didn't have enough time to try it out.

had a few beers and light meal here. The very nice ladies working the bar were not versed in english and my German is terrible, we all had a good laugh and sorted it out, then they proceeded to take great care of my beer and food requirements. I would suggest this place as a great casual place to hang out, with a relaxed atmosphere. The menu appeared to be light meals and snacks to complement your favourite beverage. I very much enjoyed the atmosphere, architecture, and service.

Besuch anlässlich eines Champions League-Fussballabends. Gute Stimmung, gutes Essen und top Bedienung. Meier's Pool ist für ein kühles Bier und gute Unterhaltung jederzeit ein Besuch wert. Die Burger von der Spezial-Burgerwoche waren super. Jeder Burger ein Unikat. Es gibt einen Zettel, um die Zutaten im Burger auszuwählen. Anschliessend wird er genauso zubereitet. Auch mit feinem Luma-Beef möglich! (Mein Tipp: Unbedingt hingehen, wenn es wieder soweit ist!). Auch die Pommes Frites waren richtig gut, drei Saucen zur Auswahl - super! Macht weiter so!
