We ate and drank here a few times during our recent stay. It's very reasonably priced and the food is good. The burgers are enormous - share between two! The 'menu du skieur' is worth the 13.50 Euros - you get the giant burger, chips and a beer (we convinced her to give us a vin chaud instead...) Nice to sit out in the sun - it's partly under cover as well.

Rude, obnoxious staff and overly expensive drinks. Arrived mid morning and there were plenty of empty unlaid tables but we were aggressively moved off a table and told to stand in the hallways by the drafty door. Staff were rude and aggressive. The smell of burning food was overpowering and we paid 30 euros for a few drinks which we had to drink on our own as the party was split up. Shocking service, bad environment and expensive drinks. Avoid!!!! Hello, I am anxious to thank you for your comments concerning your passage in my establishment. We generally have no problem on the lifted(raised) points, we try ceaselessly hard to improve our services(performances) and the service(department) which we offer to our customers. We have a lot of positive return on our services(departments) and welcome, (friendly, nice). It is possible that the barrier of the language in creates an incomprehension with my team. We try to improve our English and of recruited a bilingual staff. On the other hand it is true that during the holidays we have of numerous reservation and the restaurant is often sold out in noon(south). That's why we ask to our customers from 11:30 am not to lay any more on the tables which(who) are reserved for the restaurant. We suggest them settling down on sofas or high tables. I can understand(include) that certain people would prefer to sit down at table but when these are reserved we cannot unfortunately use them for others or make the people leave to install(settle) from the arrival of the reservation. As regards our price lists(rates) it is indicated by an outside menu, two internal slim doors as well as on all our cards(maps). In spite of my location in snow front I chose of a pricing rather low for a mountain restaurant.Follower of the good food, I chose of a bistronomique restoration(catering) working quality products (ex: Meat Black Angus, unpasteurized milk cheese AOP) while practising low prices (ex: the big soup house from 9⬠and the today's special of 13â¬). As regards our drinks every week we propose promotions(classes) to make discover new products (ex: beer Duvel in 4⬠instead of 5,50â¬, 4 Beer Chouffe bought one offered).Be assured(insured) that we always grant(tune) a quite particular attention for the comfort and the satisfaction of our customers.I began you to approve, my respectful greetings.Kevyn DENAT, manager of the Panoramic.

After a hard days skiing or boarding I am not bothered sitting down for a slow 3-4 course meal. We tried here as the menu looked simple and good value and we were not disappointed. We both had burgers, served fairly fast and a nice wine. Overall it is not 5* but it is not 5* prices. Service was very good. Would go back.
H40 Brasserie welcomes you for breakfast, lunch and dinner. South-oriented, the terrace is accessible and can welcome the whole family or group of friends. Before of after dinner, enjoy a signature cocktail around the central fireplace, in a warm and cosy
I spend a week dining at the Hyatt restaurant H40 part of a package, and had lunch occasionally à la carte. The menu is great, view is splendid, nice design, nice waiters so. Of course the plate is just perfect, worth the price, perfect cooking, delicate flavor, nice dressing : you would not expect less however.Service still need to be tuned, so many waiters, so man polite sympathetic waiters, yet, so many running in all direction, such waiting for the check, a fork, a glass of wine. Glass of wine: do not expect to drink proper wine by the glass, the choice is scarce and questionable. Will I lunch there again ? Yes as a second chanceDear Steph1961, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that your experience in the H40 wasn't up to your expectation and that we have made some mistakes. A few members of our team are quiet young and working their best to improve themselves. I can assure you that they have this season. And it would be a pleasure to welcome you again, in one of our restaurants.Sincerly, Marie Mendès
Daily stop for a beer and some food - it is ski in and out, but can be reached on foot if you have non-skiiers. We loved the sunny sitting area, with a tasty fondue!Thank you for your message! Please to still welcome you this winter!!

Visited here whilst on holiday skiing in Feb half term. Highly recommended, the food was delicious, the portion sizes were great (2 hungry teenage boys were very happy!) & the prices were really reasonable for a ski resort. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate during happy hour (bonus the drinks were cheap), straight off the slopes as they were fully booked for the evening, so recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Ideally located ini the very heart of the village, Le Comptoir is the perfect place to enjoy an apres-ski or evening drink and later having a good party...Bar atmosphere with live music and DJ's, top quality straight forward food, panoramic terrasse, pool
Decent service, very average food, decent coffee, live music at times. In a good position just above th shops and adjacent to the walk up to the slopes

I've reviewed this place before in 2016 and gave it five stars for the atmosphere and live music. Unfortunately this review is alot more negative. The service has dropped off and no longer do they have staff going to and from the tables to collect and deliver drink orders. Everything has to be ordered at the bar which makes for a long wait in busy periods. The live music is no longer provided by a superb guitarist but by a decent guitarist who to be fair has an okay voice and a singer whose style is definitely not X Factor material. Think a bad karaoke version of Jimmy Somerville crossed with a guy that looks like a beardless Rob Halford from Judas Priest. I must be getting old but in a family friendly ski resort I'd like to go for a drink after skiing without the risk of permanent ear damage. If they turned the volume down things could have been a lot more bearable. It's a real shame as this pub had been our regular post skiing watering hole but we've now taken our business elsewhere. We thank you for having taken the time to send us your comments. Either postitif or negatif, we are very much committed to it because they enable us to improve the quality of our services permanently.
