Good food and great entertainment most nights of the week, I always get the hamburgers and never had any issues. The bar is always busy on Friday & Saturday, they have great staff all around. They keep on changing their coleslaw so you might have a good one but I find the recently changed / just current one not good but beside that the rest is good.

I liked the decor and the pub. Potatoes skins were good. Our waitress seems slow and when we asked questions about entertainment and events, she was surprisingly unhelpful. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful.I will try again.

We decided to go to the Hub City Pub on a Sunday at lunchtime. I ordered the Classic burger with fries, the price was $11 for this dish. The classic comes with onion, lettuce, pickles and tomato... there was ketchup, mustard and relish on the table which I added myself. The burger was well cooked, you could tell a homemade patty and the fries were delicious and were seasoned with salt & pepper. The Caesars were half priced and we each had one, also delicious. The Irish also had a burger with house salad and also enjoyed his very much. The waiter was excellent, checked in on us and was very nice. It was a great choice for this Sunday outing!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely lunch on March 15, 2019. The Bacon Wrapped Mac & Cheese is to die for. My husband loved his ribs and I thoroughly enjoyed my dish of tortilla chips, breaded chicken, veggies, ranch dill tip, salsa and sour cream. It was our second visit and we enjoyed the ribs so much on the first visit that we decided to return. Service was excellent, staff pleasant, and ambiance very agreeable.

The Tide & Boar really sets the standard for "Gastropubs" in the maritimes. The menu is small enough to ensure great quality, while still offering many great options, all in a tremendous atmosphere (5/5).We sat at the bar and got lighting fast service from bartender, server, and kitchen (5/5).We ordered some cocktails and a few pints from a great selection of beer along with the Vegan Big Mac. The burger was quinoa based, and while the patty was little mushy, the taste was fantastic (4/5)!

Great lineup of beers on tap and a delicious food menu that includes Moncton's original wood fired pizza oven. Check out our special weekend menu as well - something different every week!
Another disappointing restaurant - greasy sandwich, unremarkable fries, onion rings were over cooked. Server did remove 3/4 of the charge for my sandwich, so there's that. Beer flight was fun, except for the unknown substitutions not listed.
