The Hideaway Bar and Grill is an experience. The food is predictable. Go to the Hideaway for the experience. The restaurant is located next to the local Harley Davidson dealership and is a favorite gathering spot for clients. The crowd is fun and the roof top is the place to be. Go to socialize, the food is good but go for the fun. The crowd is mixed, all ages. Go early, enjoy Happy Hour, claim a seat on the roof and mingle. It's a great hang out spot for adults.
have been going here from day one, never have we had anything bad, always go there when we are in the area, very good and not to costly!

Reluctantly went to this Applebee's as I have had BAD experiences in the past with other Applebee's. My negativism quickly turned around as the server, Cameron, was so good she put us in a more sanguine mood. I had a sirloin steak from the low-cal menu (380 cals.) and it was way better than the steak we had at downtown Boise's Lock Stock & Barrel (previously reviewed). We had a pedestrian J. Lohr Cabernet Sauvignon which tasted better than expected too. All in all, a typical Applebee's edifice with local families in attendance with kids and relatives BUT the low-cal fare, wine and service were above usual Applebee's standards.

We were staying at a hotel nearby, so this restaurant was within walking distance. The food was overpriced for the quality. The service was INCREDIBLY slow, even though the place was not busy. The bartender had absolutely NO CLUE how to make drinks!!! Would definitely not go back!!

I usually don't go out towards Meridian but was invited to a pub on McMillan Rd. I was delightfully surprised at the great service, delicious food.Low Points: Need to have more local craft beersHigh Points: Great service, they truely wanted to make sure everything was perfect. Delicious food - I had fingersteaks and probably the best I've had. You got a good portion and the batter was perfect. Friends had the mushroom bisque, it was delicious too but just get a cup as a bowl would completely fill you up as it is very rich. Clean - this restr. seems to be very very clean, I liked thatNice addition to the McMillian area. just get some better beers

The flies are awful. Constantly had to swat them away.We went during Happy hour, ordered the chicken nachos, they were really good, tons of cheese, I had the fingersteaks they were delicious, the fries were cooked perfectly good fry sauce on the side. My other family members ordered the pot pies. They both said they were really good. There old complaint was the salad did not come out before the meal. Our server could have been more attractive, but it did start to get busy after we ordered.

Pretty nice; great menu with lots of delicious choices. The servers were all super friendly and helpful. Cool graphics on the walls, all done like a chalk-board. Food was very tasty and came out quickly. The cocktails were pretty weak however. We will return to sample some of their other food offerings.

Quality food, award-winning beverages, hand-crafted beers. The menu boasts steaks, salmon, Ribs, salads, sandwiches & desserts. Proudly brewing ales and lagers. Many food selections are prepared with these brews including their Brewers Sirloin Steak, Big
We recently moved here from another state and kinda stumbled upon this restaurant while thinking we were going to a Mexican restaurant next door. Turned out it was a sports bar and restaurant. Wait staff was friendly and efficient. My husbandâs Reuben was very good, he said. I had chicken tenders that were fair enough but didnât care for their coleslaw at all. Go again... doubt it. Too many other places to try, especially when we are new to the area.

This was the recommended dinner stop by the hotel staff. This place was awesome! We took outdoor seating and were seated immediately. Food and beverages were amazing. The best part? They comped our dinner because it took so long for them to serve us. The place was crazy busy, we sat and enjoyed our drinks and the atmosphere, but the manager insisted they comp our meal. Of course we tipped the waiter for what would have been the full amount - he worked hard to make us happy.

I highly recommend the prime rib. In my opinion itâs the best in the area. The seasoning is super good and cooked supremely. The Friday and Saturday special deal is awesome. Super price. The Spicy Chutney appetizer was great. Save room or take out the bread pudding. Itâs the best around!
