The Bicycle Street Inn stated that a free continental breakfast would be provided to the guests over at Winchesterâs. Each morning we met for breakfast and had a great selection of pastries, waffles, cereals, juices, yogurt, fruits, and the $5 omelet bar was everyoneâs favorite. HUGE omelets full of bacon, ham, cheese, etc were served. Everyone was very attentive and friendly and the place was clean and neat.We are so happy that you enjoyed the Bicycle Street Inn & Suites continental breakfast. The omelets are great, right? And you can't beat the price: $5.00 for a 6-egg made-to-order omelet. Yum! Thank you for the great review and for spreading the word about the best continental breakfast on Mackinac Island!

You might think about sharing their Whitefish fish & chips dinner! My wife and I both opted for the meal and were overwhelmed with the size of the fish. Neither of us could finish our fish, alone the fried and slaw. Good beer list. I had an oatmeal creme ale...tasted true to the title. I wouldn't have it with my meal again, just too sweet. If you like Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pies...you will love this beer!Overall: price was within reason for the setting, good choices and it tasted great! Definitely would return here.We are pleased that you enjoyed dining with us.

There are so many places to stop on the island, after checking a couple we just said, let's go here. Good choice! This was in September, so after peak tourist seaon, but still a lot of people on the island. We lucked into immediate seating and ordered a couple of drafts from their list. My wife had a turkey club which was nice sized and tasty. I was completely happy with my french dip sandwich with a side of onion rings. Besides good food, it was fairly priced considering the resort location.

We were a group of 4 seated quickly and waited on quickly by a very friendly and attentive server. The food though is pretty typical, so so food that you find in most of the establishments in tourist trap locations. Overpriced and under "wowing" Quesadilla was pretty greasy and my mother's black bean burger was rather dry, needing some kind of sauce. Could use a deep cleaning all around the tables.

Come visit Mackinac's newest restaurant! 100% certified angus beef, great sandwiches and seafood. Nightly entertainment. Call us for special events and catering too!
The staff was very nice. Prices were reasonable. The California Chicken sandwich was very good! Staff was super helpful in working with my daughter's food allergies. Portions were a nice size. Very clean bathrooms. The menu was somewhat limited but, everyone found something they liked. I would definitely eat there again

My husband has celiac disease, which makes eating while traveling a challenge. The Gate House has a separate gluten free menu with plenty of delicious choices to choose from. They asked if it was a preference or allergy, which I appreciated, as you need to take special precautions when someone has celiac. We had the onion soup, and half chicken on a bed of veggies and mashed potatoes. It was delicious and the only meal that I felt was safe while dining on the Island. We sat outside on a beautiful summer night. The inside was more of a sports bar, but the outside was very nice. We will be back each summer!Thank you! We are delighted that we were able to accommodate you and your husband during your recent visit. We'll look forward to your return!

This popular Mackinac Island eatery features a celebratory horse theme starring the 1938 true life story of the famous champion thoroughbred, Seabiscuit. The former 1800's bank building was renovated to reveal the original brick walls and hardwood floors
First had breakfast..I asked for extra butter..was told it already had butter. I said I wished to have more..told it was cooked with butter. Never got extra! Also asked for my bacon to be cooked not too crisp..very rudely and abruptly told " it is cooked one way". This lady was the hostess and our server that morning.OK..on to the next time. Same lady at door...asked to sit next to window and she asked how many were with me. As I was standing there alone I thought odd question. Anyway I was told would have to sit in back as I was alone. There was no one at any tables, only three at bar. Not a peak time at all. I told her no I didn't have to sit in back, I could go anywhere down street and not be treated that way. And I did.Third time, as I wanted to try their dinner. I watched for a bit to make sure she wasn't there and then was very politely seated and served. Food was OK. Really made me unhappy. I travel alone a lot and have never been treated like that especially when not a busy time of the day. Please accept our apologies that you were not made to feel like the valued guest that you are. Thank you for giving us a try.

Located on the first tee of The Jewel, with a menu featuring sandwiches, soup and salad for luncheon daily. A complete menu is also available for dinner. Guests can enjoy this casual dining locale as an alternative to dinner in the Main Dining Room. Golfe
The food was adequate but not great. When the waiter found out we werenât going to order drinks, he said âohâ and walked away. It then became he was doing us a favor to grace us with his attention. Honestly, we should have left right then, however, it was a gorgeous day so we stayed. Things did not improve as far as service is concerned but he still expected a tip, of course. $8 for a $1.50 beer, I donât think so. $16 for a Bloody Mary? Nope. If our service had been decent I may have ordered a drink. Obviously, my money isnât as good as a drinkers. Never going back. We apologize that you were disappointed by your recent visit with us to the Jockey Club. We certainly strive to treat all of our guests whether drinking or not with the upmost respect and highest level of service. We apologize if you experienced anything other than that. Our drink prices are on par with the rest of Mackinac Island, being an island we do charge a bit more than the mainland to make up for the shipping costs. Our apologies.

The famous Pink Pony is the Island's foremost entertainment establishment, offering many mouthwatering dining options, a full complement of refreshing beverages and extraordinary live entertainment. Michigan's Most Iconic Bar!
We stop each on each trip to the island for a rum runner! Weâve eaten there a few times & the food was pretty good. They do have live entertainment so the bar can get pretty loud & rowdy at night so if you want a quiet dinner Iâd look elsewhere or sit away from the bar area.
