During a recent visit to Lescar we visited âLes 3 Brasseursâ at least twice. The beer, food and ambiance is just great. They have friendly staff who are very helpful and supplied us with English menuâs to make ordering easier - our French not being that good. Itâs difficult to know exactly what to order as there is such a wide choice, from steaks, burgers, salads, specialties from the region and of course pork with sauerkraut. The menu depicts which beers go best with individual dishes. Great idea. The wine sold by glass, carafe or bottle is also delicious and not expensive.This restaurant is on two floors so donât worry if you see the downstairs full - there are plenty more tables on the first floor.

Terrific local feel. Packed on off season Saturday night. Let us eat at bar. Four of us and it worked. Staff is so friendly and explained all. Everyone loved the food. With 2 drinks each and full stomachs we spent 12 euro each Inc tip. Have a fun night in Pau at a Spanish tapas bar.

Minute from our hotel, this place served us very good and affordable food twice during our stay in Pau. Great atmosphere and quaint. English speaking server treated us very well and the food was just what we were looking for. A+

Stopped here for lunch on a recent short visit to Pau. It was very busy so I assumed it must be good and I wasn't disappointed. Really tasty, affordable and uncomplicated food, with just enough creativity from the chef to keep it interesting. The staff are very friendly, and the waitress who served me spoke English which was a nice change from my usual struggle with minimal French! I would definitely go there again, and highly recommend!
