Now under new management we have relaunched with a fresh look and exciting new menu while keeping the same sense of fun that has made The Lodge such a legendary venue. Live music from 5pm, our famous happy hour between 4-5pm and a view from our balcony to
We visited this restaurant twice. Both occasions were unintentional but each was an excellent experience. On the first occasion we had arrived in the village and asked the residence we were staying at for a recommendation of a good place to eat. They recommended Lodge du Village. As it was relatively late in the evening and we had 2 young children with us we were after something relatively quick and easy. The initial impression from the menu was that the food was going to be a little more formal than we were expecting. We were delightfully surprised...The food was unquestionably fine dining but was so well balanced that even though it was late and we were tired it was exactly what we needed. While we were waiting for the main courses we were also given a splendid amuse bouche. Our second visit was also unplanned and they were able to fit us in without a booking. Again, the food was excellent and the one waitress managed all the tables in the busy restaurant in a friendly manner with no fuss at all - a true delight.A note for parents: the sausages are "English" style rather than the stronger "French" style ones so children will be happy too! This restaurant is competitively priced with food quality above the average for the area and high quality service too. I would strongly recommend this restaurant and would love to go there again.Hi John, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and thanks for all the complimentary comments. While our restaurant is still commonly known as Lodge du Village we actually rebranded it as "La Terrasse du Village" to distinguish it from the bar when we we took it over couple of years ago. We would love it if you could repost your review on our restaurant page if it is not too much trouble. https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/Restaurant_Review-g580182-d9831007-Reviews-La_Terrasse_du_Village-Meribel_Les_Allues_Savoie_Auvergne_Rhone_Alpes.htmlThanks again and hopefully see you again another time

It feels like this new restaurant hasn't yet hit top gear. The place was almost entirely empty, yet it still took 3 hour 15 minutes to be served 3 courses and coffee. Maybe the kitchen was inadequately staffed for the complexity of the dishes on offer? The waitress was very cheerful, but it didn't compensate for the painfully slow service. The standard of the food was good, as it should be for a 55 euro menu, (which included some slices of Pata Negra ham, an amuse-bouche and a complementary glass of genepi at the end). Was not entirely convinced by the sea bass on a bed of pureed potato dyed nearly black with cuttlefish ink. There was rather too much potato, and it wasn't visually attractive to eat white fish on a muddy looking base. The desserts were the strongest part of the menu - light, creative, visually impressive and good combinations of flavours as welldear clientthank you very much for your helpul comment.we tried to do our best and your comment will help us a lot.we are happy to read you enjoyed our meals and dessert anyway.

The Tav, as its affectionately known to its loyal locals, open since year dot, has established itself as one of Méribels most loveable bars. With its quirky wood clad interior and warming atmosphere, the bar catches the very essence of a mountain pub. Wit
We visited La Taverne for apres ski and for dinner. Service was fast and friendly. I ordered the sirloin steak which was undercooked - rare as opposed to medium. My husband is vegetarian and he enjoyed his starter and main. The atmosphere is fun and friendly.

Always great to go back to Tim's place and enjoy a change from the usual French offerings. Tim's a great guy and is always present, making sure service is spot-on. Beer selection is great (Laganitas for example). Great food and cheery, attentive staff.

Known for our fantastic terrace and live music, 'The Ronnie' is always popular with the seasonaire crowd and definitely one of the top on-piste après-ski bars in the French Alps.
We arrived last Wednesday to enjoy some fine apres ski & were not disappointed.... we meet many like minded people delighting in the recent snowfall & having enjoyed the fresh powder, my son & I couldnât think of a better place to share a few drinks, stories & meet some great people wanting to share the experience together.Well done guys.... enjoy the rest of your season!! Having not referred to any reviews happened upon this restaurant in the middle of Moutiers. Town was quite quiet but the restaurant was busy. We were greeted in a very friendly fashion and seated without difficulty. There was a delicious set menu and the fact that my husband is allergic to fish caused no difficulty as an alternate salad (also delicious) was produced. A thoroughly pleasant experience! Only discovered when I logged onto trip advisor that this restaurant is no. 1 in town - what a lucky find and well worth its rating!Bonjour MadameMerci beaucoup pour votre avis. Nous faisons toujours du mieux pour vous servir. Alors à bientôt si vous revenez à MoutiersTrès cordialementMarlène KOENIG

Nice bar and restaurant, directly on the slopes, open all day. Big sunny terrace and warm atmosphere evenings. All our dishes and deserts are homemade and we use very little frozen products. Our prices are more than correct for a restaurant on the slopes.
We had lunch here yesterday and had the âplat du jourâ with ham, poched egg, potatoes and salad. Great food for a good price in a nice ambiance near the piste. Definately worth visiting!

Will def be back.Thank you so much for your review. Yes we are on the free bus route so we are easy to get to from the main town of Méribel. We have a lively bar and two restaurant levels above, and we have live music every Wednesday and Friday night too. Our menu has an Asiatic feel as well as encompassing favourites such as our homemade pizzas, burgers and Côte de Boeuf.
