I heard advertisements on the radio all day for their broassted chicken, so we decided to stop in and try it. First of all this is a local bar. Loud, filed with people smoking like chimney's and pretty dingy. There are a few booths on the side with placemat menus which don't list any of the types of broasted wings they are buying up airtime bragging about. No one looked at us, greeted us or anything. We walked out when we saw one of the women smoking behind the bar then go back and get food and serve it at the bar. We walked out with no ever having bothers to look at us. Gross place, from the looks of it. Might be a great watering hole for locals, if you can stand the smoke, but eat anything from there? NO WAY! We laugh when we hear the radio ads now.

The famous Pat's Burger does not disappoint. All throughout Hawley WinterFest the acclaim of the Pat's Burger can be heard, and there are those who wrongly have their doubts, so this year we decided to introduce our out of town guest to the famous Pat's Burger and it was a hit! He raved about it. Also nice for him to have a smoke indoors on cold day. The place was packed but the owner, Bernie, and the bartender were taking such good care of everyone and wear holiday outfits, reindeer headbands and some Christmas sweaters. It was a great and affordable lunch. People so friendly and every one of good cheer.

Not just a burger place. Almost a diner, with regular, fancy, build-you-own and fancier burgers; wraps; classic sandwiches; quesadillas and more. The food we tried was pretty good. Half-pound burger, fresh and cooked to order. Reuben delivered steaming hot with good corned beef mixed into the sauerkraut. Home-style potato chips bland and forgettable. Care went into the menu and the prep. Not so the dining room. Acoustically a disaster. In a resort town, you should have happy folks. Theyâre loud, enthusiastic andLoud. Every taunt and laugh bounces around the room looking for an old guy with hearing aids to assault. A few decor changes, like wall coverings, can fix it. So far, the noise roams free.Service is an issue, but it seems like the problem is with the kitchen, not the staff. Hereâs the truth: a dish cooked to order, even a burger, takes time to prepare. So be patient. Even if conversation is difficult.

There arenât a lot of choices for lunch in Hawley, but this one is worth checking out! Nice bar area with extra side table seating. The menu has a good variety of choices, and their ciabatta rolls are excellent. The chicken cheesesteak is a favorite of ours. I can vouch for a large clean ladies room! Service is quick and our usual server Erica is great! Only small issue is that they open at noon, so donât plan on lunch before that!

This is a regular stop for us. The group at the bar is always friendly and there is usually a good conversation of two. The staff is helpful and service is quick. The food is good. Love the wings (full dozen), pork chop and cob salad. Many comfort food items.

Went on Saturday night. Seated right away. No wine list - more like a "red or white" choice. Wife got a merlot that was easily weeks old. Menu looked good but was not executed well. Very bland and over cooked. Ask for steak sauce. Great service and manager came over to chat. Food needs major upgrade

The atmosphere is a throwback to a 1950's roadhouse. The bar is great and the food excellent. It's fun. In season, you can raft on the Delaware just behind the restaurant. On weekends there often is a line of bikes out front. It can be noisy inside!

Ate dinner her tonight with my wife, mother in law and her husband, brother and sister in law and their 2 kids and we all had delicious meals. I had the turkey and stuffing meal and I loved it. Even the 2 desserts we got (monkey bread and brownie) were fantastic. Server was friendly but new so some little things were delayed and/or forgot about but nothing to cry about. Can't wait to eat here again!

Heard the wings were fantastic here and was not disappointed visiting with my son on a Friday evening. Tried to come during the summer but couldnât even get into the parking lot they were so busy. About a dozen different selections to choose from along with many beers on tap. Lots of sports on different screens. Overall a nice Friendly place. We must have witnessed a dozen people stopping in to pick up take out. check out a full menu on Facebook.
