We stopped in for dinner and were extremely impressed! Our waiter was amazing! He was really on top of our refills and checking on us to ensure we were okay. All of the items we ordered were delicious! We had mozzarella sticks, salads, wings, pizza and subs. The Italian sub was so good! Deducted one star because there was a bit of a wait time and the food didnât come out all together. This restaurant definitely has a lot of potential if the wait time is managed better.

Have been going to Chillli Peppers since it opened. The restaurant is divided, with a large bar on one side and a separate dining room for large groups and small. The food is delicious. Burgers, chili, HUGE salads, seafood, and their Sunday breakfasts are all worth trying.

Good crowd when we arrived and staff helped us find a table. Friendly waitress but drinks took forever, as others have mentioned. Margaritas were tasty. We placed an appetizer order and it arrived 1.5 hours later with our entrees minus two meals. Tip - order as soon as you sit down. Wings and flatbread apps were much better than the mains. Childrenâs chicken was inedible, as was the fish and chips. Atmosphere was good and service although poor timing and missing food, was friendly. Fine spot for drinks, appetizers and people watching. Wouldnât order dinner there again- too many excellent dinner spots here to repeat this one. three stars is generous, only given because the waitress and manager were kind. We appreciate your patronage and thank you for your detailed review, as we use guest feedback to make improvements. While itâs great to hear you received friendly service from our staff and enjoyed your margarita and appetizers, itâs disappointing the rest of your meal didnât youâre your expectations and we do apologize for the long wait time. Our restaurant only recently opened and we are still fine-tuning our operation, so your comments will certainly be shared with our management and staff. We are truly sorry that you didnât have a better experience.

After settling into our house we needed food! We walked to the tavern and placed a to-go order at the bar for pizzas. The staff was friendly and able to accommodate getting us mozzarella sticks for the kids too. Later in the week we return to get pizzas again.

We are locals and decided to try this new place for a light dinner. We were happy there was no wait, and the funky atmosphere was a little dark, but OK. Overall, we were underwhelmed with our experience. Burgers were small and rather tasteless and fries were OK. We chose a known bottled beer from a NC brewer and $7 was higher than many OBX places charge. Nothing here that we feel we need to return for. Lots of other OBX spots that have better burgers and beer! Thanks for the review RelaxinNow.We hope you let us know when you were in as we'd be happy to correct and issues or misunderstanding with your experience. We serve hand pattied quarter pound Wagyu beef burgers on real buttered Martins potato rolls. Our toppings are house made. Wagyu beef is the highest quality meat you'll get anywhere and $6.50 for our cheeseburger we think is a pretty good value. We serve doubles if you want more of that beef. You can add crinkle cut fries for $3.We think $9.50 for a fresh-made premium burger and fries is a pretty good value. Our beef comes from Snake River Farms, look it up, nothing like it anywhere. Our beer is priced competitively, please feel free to share specifically what and where as we'd be happy to correct any errors or misunderstanding. Thanks for checking us out and we hope you give us another chance.

Very busy but our food arrived fast and hot. I had the fish and chips which was FRESH flounder filets very lightly breaded served with fries and homemade Cole slaw. Hubby had mixed grill of FRESH yellow fin tuna, shrimp, and scallops in a light butter lemon sauce with mixed veggies. He opted for double veggies and no starch. All was prepared to perfection. Our waitress was attentive and efficient and friendly. We would come back.

This place has a very boring and unexciting atmosphere. It needs to be completely overhauled for a new atmosphere. The service was rather good. The pizza was quite tasty. We got three toppings and wine and beer. All was good quality, but again this place has no atmosphere. I think if the atmosphere were more interesting and exciting this place would get a very good rating from me. Prices are very high for pizza considering good pizza can be found for a lot less money.
