Wine Appelation was the perfect place for my friends 'milestone' birthday. The meal set was perfect. I was allowed to come early, to set up decorations and owners were happy to help us. The wine was perfect and was a great place to celebrate special occasions...or even date night.

The taco rice here is the best Iâve had since I was in Okinawa! I love that they have different sizes and the price is so reasonable. There are different levels of spiciness to choose from, and they have a good selection of toppings you can add to your taco rice (additional charge).

I love this restaurant. The jerk chicken is outstanding. The grilled chicken is grilled on a charcoal grill that makes it taste great. There are other items on the menu that are really good as well but my favorite is any variation of his jerk chicken. Every time I am in Iwakuni I eat at this restaurant. It is one of my favorite places to go. I have taken all of my coworkers to this place and everyone that I have been there with have all agreed that the food is awesome. If Iâm there for an extended time period for work I normally eat here about 2 or 3 times a week. The owners are really nice and are wonderful to chat with in Japanese. If you donât speak Japanese the menus have pictures of the food so itâs still easy to order.

I have eaten here a few times now and they never disappoint! I usually order the fish for lunch. They cook it a different way each time and it's always really good. The lunch specials are usually a good deal.

This is one of the last remaining true gems of days gone by at Iwakuni. Having its roots deep into Kawashimo and atune to the needs of their customers as well as maintaining their unique style always great food and service. In my honest opinion the best BLT in Japan now that Popasan from Sako retired. Another must try are the goyzo, and butter clams. A true delight seeing Mama still at it and ensuring that the quality is there.
