We used this bar on several occasions whilst staying the the Melia close by.Service is friendly and drinks are well priced . We ate once and the food was really nice and plentiful. This is a Sportsbar so you will find lots of TVs showing all the main events. Not too noisy and very placed on the Marina. Highly recommended.

We first noticed this place when following the famous procession of Virgin del Carmen to the port. This is a fairly gritty and working part of town. Indoor and street tables available. Menu available in English and Spanish and owner - possibly Albero himself? - was pleased when we ordered in our school level Spanish. He advised us which dishes were the right size for our family of 4. Generous copas of vino tinto y blanco were soon followed by delicious fish tapas and croquettes. Garlic prawns were the best so far. Nice small dessert too. Bill was unexpectedly low so this place has atmosphere, friendly and helpful service, quality food and very good value.

Buen lugar para unas cervezas y raciones muy cerca de la playa, en una esquina del centro comercial de Islantilla, en la parte que da a la carretera.Terraza tranquila y agradable. El Tinglao (asà se llama:) funciona como autoservicio, pedido en la caja, te sirven las bebidas, pagas y te avisan cuando está la comanda.Raciones variadas, abundantes y ricas, de las frituras y pescados que se suelen encontrar por la zona. Precio correcto.Atención buena y amable, pues aunque el tema de autoservicio pueda parecer incómodo te ahorras el tener que esperar a que te atiendan y sirvan. Te recogen la mesa cuando acabas, y es buen sitio cuando no quieres estar hora y media sentado en una terraza.

Si estás en Isla Cristina cerca del puerto, no debe uno dejar de pasar la opción de visitar este Bar, magnifica calidad y cantidad y un buen servicio.Nos gustaron todos los platos pero sobre todo los "fritos de PavÃa" con un rebozado excelente.
