We happened upon this jewel while looking for a place to sit in the shade to eat. Our server, a lovely local with blue eyes, worked tirelessly to keep us happy. A pineapple mojito was the ticket. Mojitos were large and included the freshest ingredients. The food dishes were tasty and hot and delivered one at a time as they were prepared. Relax and enjoy the beautiful beach view as your food emerges. Billiards were also available. Bring cash! Maria has taken away the credit option in many restaurants in PR.

I visited this place after work and we had a great time. They have a great wine selection, mediterranean style tapas and awesome artisan pizzas. They also have craft beers. The ambiance is great and the service is very friendly. Wine happy hour every day from 5:00 to 7:00.

They have weekly specials on drinks, but that will only be for locals. Most tourists or Puerto Ricans coming from San Juan will be there on the weekends. They have mojitos, which are very good for $5 and a bunch of fried foods in the window. There are around 5 or 6 kiosks lined up next to each other, and all of them have a fair amount of clients hanging there. I tried some of the friend food like empanada with shrimp, but they all tasted the same like any other place on the coast (in Aguadilla and Isabela area). Note: When paying, it is better to pay by CASH, since if you pay by credit card, they will add on the 11.5% government tax. We had a lovely lunch at Restaurante Sonido del Mar. Beautiful view of Jobos Beach. Nice ambiance, Very friendly staff. Excellent food prices.
