The only people who have any reason to enter this establishment are either smokers or anyone who is looking for second hand lung cancer. This place smells worse than a full ashtray. The residue is so thick on the walls and furniture that it is a health hazard. Avoid this place at all cost.

My cousin lives in New Port Richey so every year we visit and it never disappoints. This year Gill Dawg was one of the places that we always go to. Very nice atmosphere and service was great. I have actually been here a few times, love the place. The bar-staff are top notch and very attentive. The owner is redoing the landscaping out back and it is looking great. I recently had the flatbread was really good. Other friends who have eaten there say they really like the food. Yes, it is a smoking establishment but to be honest they are real good keeping the place aired out. The outside seating area is really nice and like I said they are redoing the landscaping to make it even more appealing. Would have like to have added photos

Local roadside bar. The sort you pass by often but never go into. Finally took the plunge to try their signature pork tenderloin sandwich. Worth the trip. This is a definite local sports bar, dark cavern like, but friendly staff, extensive menu, full liquor as well as beer and wine. Food is very good and plentiful. Menu is quite extensive and there are periodic specials as well. The pork is fantastic, pounded thin, breaded and served on a roll with fries. There is a large back room with entertainment as well. Have been 3 times now and will return.

And you cannot go here for a quiet meal or even conversation. I guess I have finally found an establishment that I am too old to frequent. The menu is limited to bar type foods, the air conditioning blows only in certain places, the customers apparently come here for beer, beer, and beer and there were many seniors dining and drinking while we were there waiting to place our order. The burger and fries were actually tasty, just not tasty enough for us to want to return when there is better service, quieter places, and ecen better food near by.
