My department Christmas Party was held here and it was really nice. The food was delicious, though we were told we would be ordering what we wanted they served a buffet style meal. Salmon, mixed vegetables, mashed potatoes and chicken Parmesan with pasta. They also served appetizers of spinach pizza and chicken wings. Both delicious (and I never eat cooked spinach!) and just enough to hold you over until entree was served. They served salad before the entree as well, which was okay. Not sure what kind of greens were used but it was okay. The drinks were good, although halfway through my second drink I discovered a hair in my glass which was attached to two ice cubes. Needless to say, I didn't finish that drink. One of my co workers said she never got the drink she ordered, and she didn't get her dessert either, which was just a scoop of (yummy) vanilla ice cream with sliced strawberries and whipped cream. All in all the night was fun and the food was good. I may take my husband here for dinner some time.

Nice restaurant and dining room, generous bar, great service too!Came for lunch after my kids ball game at Assumption college and enjoyed a delicious early dinner with the family. We started with appetizers of chicken wings ($11.99) and the fried pickles and peppers ($7.99) and both were delicious. Very soon after our main course came and we all loved what we had.Chicken Cutlet Parm Dinner $11.29Chicken Cutlet Parmesan Dinner 13.99Glazed Walnut Salad ($12.99)Prime Bourbon BBQ Burger ($12.99)See photos attached of those.. The chicken parm meals were very good, but a bit over cooked/fried and the sauce wasn't memorable, but I would still order it again, if that makes sense.for dessert we shared the Flapjack Cake ($6.99) served with whipped cream, and was very good.If you're in town for dinner, and even solo, check out the nice bar too. Nice place.

I have been to both Finders and the adjacent Keepers restaurants many times and this review summarizes my visits. They have a huge menu selection covering just about everything you can think of (seafood, beef, chicken, pork, mex, salads, etc.) and they have free popcorn. The service is good but sometimes it is slow on busy days. The staff is always friendly. The food is always good for the very reasonable price but it is not always the best (you pay for what you get). Still I recommend this place because everyone will find something on the wide menu that they will like. Good sports pub bar too.

We were first time visitors who stopped by for lunch on a dreary day. We sat at a booth up by the door so I am not sure what the experience is like for diner's farther back. The waitress was super pleasant can greeted us promptly once we sat down. The daily menu, handwritten and copied, had a variety of reasonably priced sandwiches. We enjoyed a very good sausage grinder and a classic Reuben. Also of note was an order of baked potato wedges that were quite good. Sandwiches, potatoes, coffee and a generous pour of wine came to just over $25. Not sure what it was like before, but I would definitely go back.

Stopped here on a Friday night with my husband for dinner. We were told the dining room would be about a 15 minute wait or we could sit in the bar area. We sat in the bar and had a nice waitress. I had read on some reviews that this place had been renovated, but I think that it might have been renovated 20 or more years ago. The decor is very old and really doesn't have an identity. Overall the food was good, prices were reasonable, especially the drinks, but the decor was depressing. I had the French Onion soup and it was the highlight of the whole meal, I would recommend that and that would be the only reason why I would go back.

Went with some work friends(17).It took awhile to get seated but on a Thursday night the bar was humming and time passed quickly.Once seated our waitress was outstanding and made a separate itemized bill for all of us.I had the hummus which was fresh and delicious. For a main course, I had a haddock dish. It was baked , and plated on a bed of spinach. It was delicious.Great atmosphere, great time!

A comfortable, casual place for fine cocktails and great food; featuring steaks, seafood, vegetarian items and sandwiches all lovingly made from scratch from the highest quality ingredients.
Iâve followed Tim and Susan from their opening in Sterling to their larger facility in Holden both because of the excellent food and because I enjoy them as people as well. They strive to make everyone comfortable, always recognizing their customers, provide excellent meals for omnivores like me with terrific seafood and ribeye dishes to vegetarian dishes with their saute entrees, soups and salads. I enjoy these as well because theyâre very well seasoned and thoughtfully prepared; just darn tasty. And then you have Susanâs homemade desserts; like the Boston Cream Pie I had the other night.Stopped in on Thursday, 01/17, for a lighter supper which took a hard left turn when I learned Susan had her Boston Cream Pie! So hard to find and hers is simply excellent. For those of us regulars, we appreciate how Tim and Susan always greet us by name, have developed a staff of very nice, polite servers and provide meals a cut above the norm at good prices.Timâs clam chowder is the best Iâve ever had, even better than Legal Seafoodâs, and his gumbos are also terrific, another item you canât find often or would try again when you do find them. Tim hand trims all the seafood and steaks; and it shows in the quality of his product. I do a lot of ocean fishing and I still go to Tim for his excellent Ritz crumb coated haddock fish and chips, swordfish and shrimp offerings. My favorite Ribeye offering is steak au poivre. They have 2 parking lots that helps a lot on the busy or rainy nights. They can also handle large/private parties with a room that can be open or closed to the general seating area if you want to celebrate with family or colleagues.

Iâve eaten here a handful of times and Iâve always enjoyed the atmosphere as well as the food and drinks. My last visit was a bit disappointing. I ordered the Acadia Seafood Platter and it was overcooked and not enjoyable. The veggies on the platter were also overcooked and tasteless. Other meals in our party of three were up to standard and very good. My wife asked about gluten free bread and was warned by the waitress that she would not recommend it. She brought a sample for her to try and indeed, it was awful. This restaurant has a lot of good things going for it but it still has room for improvement. Also, finding a palatable bread for those with dietary restrictions would be a plus.
