Hatta is a picturesque 115 km (71 miles) drive east of Dubai City, boasting a milder climate due to its location in the rugged Hajjar Mountains and a popular vacation getaway from the heat of Dubai. Its authentic Arabic “heritage village” featuring two military towers from the 18th century, an old Juma mosque (1780), and 30 loame houses is worth visiting. Although activities and shopping are limited, adrenaline junkies often visit Hatta for off-road adventures in the desert or mountains including a stop at the Hatta Rock Pools, narrow windy canyons of smooth rock with pools of blue-green water. Please note that 20 kilometers of the drive from Dubai takes you through Oman. Although no immigration or customs issues, rental car insurance usually won’t cover accidents in Oman.

We had brunch last Friday and we enjoyed the experience. Value for money is on point because of the 2 for 1 promotion just for 265aed. A tasty selection of buffet, unlimited finger foods like nachos and buffalo wings. Unlimited drinks - wines, beers, spirits. The atmosphere is laid back in an outdoor setting but entirely airconditioned. No restriction on dress code. The customer service is outstanding, the whole crew was very welcoming and energetic. Jerome, Manilyn, and Charlyn gave us great assistance all through out the stay. Lovely acoustic performance. I just suggest additional dance music so guess could enjoy the dance floor. My friend was invited to Grand Excelsior to receive a complimentary holiday voucher. Then we decided to try the food in CantinA 1810 Mexican restaurant. We were greeted by Helhani, a well attentive waiter who is knowledgeable with the menu. The steak burger was so tender and taste sooooo good as well as the pepperoni pizza. Thereafter we were approached by a kabayan waitress, Reha, with a big smile and always there to attend to our needs. Returning from a holiday to Dubai we came across jacks bar & grill, we almost didnt go in because my wife is vegetarian but we then spoke to one of the servers who was outside and they reassured us of vegetarian and vegan options. so glad we went in.The downside is its expensive but its Dubai, everything is expensive AND its the airport where every thing is always expensive,so its Dubai airport, double whammy! Even so, we will definately go there again should we be in Dubai airport. The staff were excellent, the food was excellent,the cajun king prawns were amazing,my wife really enjoyed the food and wine. PLEASE open up a Jacks bar and grill in England,preferably in birmingham, then Liverpool, Manchester, London to start.Nearly forgot to say that its a Jack Daniels themed restaurant, offering and selling JD glazes and sauces and JD merchandise ie baseball caps, mugs and other stuff, what a great find in the airport, might book another holiday to Dubai(which was also amazing) just to go back to Jacks bar & grill

Visited this lounge for a couple of hours on our stopover. Food was delicious with a great selection and the staff were extremely attentive but not overbearing. One gentleman Senthal went over and above to deliver excellent service. I always stop by the draft house whenever I land at dubai international. The food is great and the staff here are very accommadating. Dhannushha, Alex, and Rumesh always make sure that I am taken care of and are very knowledgable about their craft.
