Not sure why no one has reviewed this place yet but the food and ambience here are both top-notch! Maybe it's the sign outside the restaurant that reads "For miserable smokers" - that is a sure "no-go" for non-smokers. And I was initially very skeptical (and a little worried) as well that this place is going to be a chimney. Fortunately, I arrived just after they opened for the evening, and I was the only diner for a good hour. The interiors are warm and cosy, and sure enough, the owner has chosen to decorate the walls with framed pictures of cigarette packs he / she must have amassed as a hobby. I can only imagine that the owner could be a chain smoker. Putting that aside though, you have to check out the view here!!! And the food actually matches the amazing view!!! I'm pretty honest (and mince no words) when it comes to my tastebuds. If you happen to drop by Ningle Terrace and are searching for that drama-hyped-up cafe, I suggest you skip the cafe (their coffee is nice to watch but horrible to drink anyway) and walk a little further to discover the magic inside Soh's Bar yourself...

A local westerner advised us to try this bistrot, and we went there three times. This is a simple and elegant bar that has a few tables where one can eat delicious charcuterie as well as very good Italian dishes. The sausage in tomato sauce and the pickled vegetables are noteworthy as well as the ham. The Tiramisu is really of superior quality. the Nero d'Avola by the glass is also very good. I believe that we paid about 5,000 Y for two with three glasses of wine and one desert for two, which was very reasonable.

Within walking distance from the Furano Prince and Naturwald hotels, this little sports bar is a good place to go for typical pub food (fries, pizza, tacos, nachos, etc), a few drinks and funky decor. There's a pool table in the middle of the bar with a few tv screens that were showing some snowboarding videos while we were there. Seating areas are in elevated areas to either side of the pool table so not very accessible if you have mobility issues. Washrooms are downstairs in the basement. Typical food prices averaged between 500Â¥ and 1000Â¥ for most dishes with draft beer around 500Â¥ as well.I picked the spot based on a Google search and the hours listed on Google were incorrect, they said they opened at 7 pm but when I called I was told they opened at 6 pm (Friday night).Decent food, decent prices and funky decor, if you're looking for a pub this is a good place to try.
