Rick's Tavern is a local restaurant in Newfane, Vermont. We serve owner Rick's famous pizza, as well as homemade desserts, local produce, fresh seafood, and steaks. Come by to sample some of our fresh seafood delivered a couple of times a week from Boston
We were starving after skiing, but driving on Rt. 30 in VT, there are not many places to eat. We saw Ricks was open and decided to go in. My son (18) is a cheeseburger fanatic, and that is all he wanted. He got "one of the best burgers he has ever had." My other son (16) is a Turkey club guy. He got the turkey BLT and was not disappointed at all. They were both satisfied. Huge portions, nice staff, cozy environment. Fun trivia cards on the table to pass the time.

Dropped in to get beer and pizza. Think they need some time to get retail act together.Good Pale ale but disagree with server behind bar about the white wine which my wife really could not drink it was so bad, found it to be poor/oxidized/corked and bar server bluntly disagreed, took sip, claimed it was good and that source was a good friend. I donât care, I know wine and it tasted bad, agree with my wife, change wine or drop it off menu. Server attitude needs changing and perhaps when they actually open properly, get some agreeable staff/ loose the baby on the arm and dog under foot at the bar. Decided to leave, will not return, Polish food truck outside front door makes for a confusing presentation - pizza or Polish? Inside still needs completing but outdoor patio has great views. Wish the brewery good luck.

Very friendly place, several of the locals dine here (or drink) The food wasn't anything to write home about but I did enjoy the atmosphere. You know you're in a bar where the patrons like to drink when there's a handle on the wall to steady yourself above the urinal.

The Old Red Mill Inn, a converted sawmill dating back to 1828. Our all American menu includes fresh fish, seafood, Chicken, Steaks and pasta. Prime Rib is our house specialty, as well as our VT Maple Bread Pudding. Salad bar is included with every entrée.
. I liked it a lot. Very friendly staff. Local Vermonters so expect the plain unvarnished truth. The menu wasnât extensive, Pub fare. I had a burger and fries. Very acceptable. I didnât much care for the beer selection, and the wine selection wasnât extensive but again very acceptable

Awesome place - something for everyone as long as you're looking for something that isn't too fancy. The rolling pin bowling is unusual and fun. The arcade isn't overpriced. The bar is ridiculously corny and fun. The employees seem like they have all worked there a while and they are great and welcoming, even for visitors like us. The pizza is the best we've had in the area. The covered mini golf course is good for a hot or rainy day. In addition to pizza they have mexican food. Prices are reasonable fpr the area. They deliver too if you live or are staying nearby, but when it is busy it seems like they don't pick up the phone.

We came here for " kegs and eggs" on our annual St. Patrick's day skiing. We were not disappointed. It wasn't crowded and the food was fine and prices in line with ski resorts. The portions was generous and service prompt. I will say its very pub grub and I wouldn't expect much " healthy" or gourmet. If you want beer and burgers or sandwiches its fine. They did seem to have a lot on tap. We opted for bloody marys since we were here just for St. Patrick's day fun and had the special- green eggs, home fries, toast and bacon. If you want gourmet or vegan so elsewhere. If you want fun pub grub or beer and cider, then this is for you.

You can have exceptional, top of the line fine dining quality food and still have a fun, relaxing evening too. At our house, no need to worry about talking too loud or using the wrong fork. Relax, eat, enjoy. Step through our 19th century doors and savor
We had an amazing meal last night. My wife and I both had the mussels for appetizer and the roasted duck. The other couple had the roasted free range chicken and a homemade pasta dish. We loved our waitress (her daughter was also working there) Great meal combined some quality live music in the background.

It is a new bar/restaurant located in the Mount Snow area.
Wasn't expecting much from a pub, but on a Thursday night it was the only place open past 9. Surprisingly good food - flavorful buffalo wings and a filling salad with perfectly cooked chicken. Wait staff was very friendly. Will definitely visit again.
