We had the best experience having our wedding here. Celina was amazing to work with and put up with all my Bridezilla moments. The prices are reasonable and there are great packages that include beer and soda. We were so happy and had so many compliments from our guests about how great the food was and that they refilled everything in a very timely manner.
I stopped-in for food on a Friday night and had the three piece Haddock deal. It included Reds, bread, and coleslaw sides (incl. Tarter Sauce). The food was just OK--not bad, but nothing to get excited about either. Same for beer. Hopilicious was the best bottle I could see in the cooler. Nice enough looking place inside and a ball field outback too.
I visited this place on the recommendation of a local guy who raved about it. And while it is clean and comfortable enough--and they served-up a respectable Buffalo Chicken Wrap--it isn't anything to get excited about (at least outside of Maribel). It's definitely a place where virtually everyone is a regular that knows everyone else (and pretty much their whole lives too, I suspect). They were friendly enough but if you're not from there you'll feel like the outsider that you are.So all of that said, it is NOT a bad place. I'm rating it average based on my one visit but the menu does look decent. Some might give it four stars, so if you're passing through it might be worth a visit.
