We are a family run Pub/restaurant, celebrating 25 years in Business . We are only 35 minutes from Shannon airport on the R476 on route to the Burren or Cliff's of Moher. We are well know for our great TRADITIONAL MUSIC SESSIONS every Wednesday , Friday &

Probably the most disappointing meal of our visit to Ireland. Village pub so no great expectations for lunch but paying 50 euros for two basic meals and 4 pints of coke is pretty expensive and fairly underwhelming fish and thai curry meal (is thai curry really meant to come with boiled potato and cauliflower in the curry? Or is that actually just putting general veg in the mix?). Close to The Burren so if you need fuel like we did then doable. Friendly service but otherwise pretty meh and paying twice the price for drinks as elsewhere nearby don't work.

Intimate seating in the main bar. Eat at the bar counter or at one of our comfortable tables. Fire in main bar. Live music every Saturday night, live Traditional Music every Sunday from 6pm.

Stopped in here when we were leaving the Burren, headed to Dingle. The food was EXCELLENT and the owner/bartender was very nice. He stopped and chatted with us for a little while, both him and his wife were very kind. And the restaurant was very cute.Dear Sarah C,We would like to say a big THANK YOU for the lovely review you have given us. Vaughan's Pub was wonderful trip back in time. Life is simple here and the owners and patrons treated us so kindly. "Like Family" The beer was fresh. The food was great! Service was superb.Our thanks to Orla, Mark & Kay for making this event so memorable!

Dined on a busy Saturday night and was fortunate to sit next to a great local couple who we talked to all through dinner. Ribs were great as recommended to us by our new local friends. Pub is lively and busy but staff comes by regularly and makes sure you have enough to drink and eat. Enjoyed our dinner.

This is a very traditional Irish pub, complete with dark wood fittings and furniture. Itâs also a very popular and very noisy place, absolutely packed when we visited on a Friday evening. Fortunately we got there early and got the last available table. Staff were really friendly though and did not try to rush us. We ordered from the Daily Specials menu and the food was actually really good, better than I was expecting.
