The atmosphere is very neat as the brewery is inside an old school. It was chilly so stayed inside but the patio area looked equally nice. I tried a flight of beers highlighted by their newest beer a tropical pale ale. Which was slightly fruity and smooth. The Compass Gold and the Red Rocket were close seconds. My group split a couple of appetizers the cheese curds and the pretzels. Both were decent but did not blow me away. We didnât try the entrees as it was just a pop in visit but they sounded good. Mix of burgers and salads. Itâs a good spot to hang out and grab a beer with friends. Also itâs a part of a pub crawl involving 5 other bars and one distillery.

We visited early on a Saturday before heading to the zoo nearby. We arrived a few minutes after they opened to avoid any crowds. We were seated right away and waited on immediately. The menu had many traditional pub meals with vegan/vegetarian and gluten free options. They did not have a kids menu but offered to make a grilled cheese or something. We had the pub chips, it is a small order but they were SO good. The Dill Ranch was AH-Mazing! I had a burger and my guest had a Rueben. The Rueben is spicy but so good and the side of coleslaw could not be more perfect. The burger was great, they used gluten free bread instead of a bun but it held together well and was super yummy. I tried a Wild Cider Pumpkin Cider and was pleasantly surprised. I thought, yuck, pumpkin spice and cider but it was good. Overall good was SO good, fast, clean, yo name it. If I were local I would visit often.

It's rare to find a brewery that consistently has great brews and creative and delicious food. Cerberus has it all. Beers are always a delight, great IPA's including Hazy, out of which some of the best Colorado has to offer. Great Belgians as well. A variety that would please most everyone. Food selection super interesting and delicious. The have a great kitchen, and they are always outdoing themselves. Great margaritas as well for the non beer drinker. Inside and out dining and drinking and the outside is super dog friendly. Service excellent and very knowledgeable. Great place, will not disappoint.

Sadly, we didnât realize that this was a chain when we stopped in for lunch. Beer was OK, nothing spectacular.Ordered the Cobb salad and it was prepared with pre-made (probably pre-packaged) ingredients. Eggs were pre-diced pieces of rubber, as was the âchickenâ. Chicken was mangled into tablespoon sized nuggets. The cheese on the salad resembled cheese in name only. Hubby ordered the Bison Chili - it was barely warm...with lots of hot spice, but very little meat flavor. So sorry - cannot recommend.

Was in Colorado Springs for the weekend. Had lunch here, really enjoyed the Country Fried Steak as it was still recognizable as steak under the breading! The Brussel sprouts were a nice addition to the meal as well. I had a few different beers, but mostly stuck to their blonde beer to keep abc down.
