1st time here, service was back we waited 15 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us, even then it took another 7 minutes the be waited on. The waitress look like a reject from the house of horrors. It took another 10 minutes to get our food and it was horrible!! I really expected more, will never ever eat here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

What can I say...great food! Great service! A bit loud but hey...don't have no babies to be quiet for. We had the dinner for two for $29.99. Had steak, bbq ribs, chicken wings, grilled talapia, chorizo plus potatoes, rice, beans & a salad. Brought some back to our hotel there was so much! Had Texas Margaritas too! YUM

They were out of a lot of items the night I chose to eat at the hotel. Don't know if this is "normal" or an exception. The menu waxes eloquently about the "local" food sources etc etc but when asked they didn't have any - too bad it looked great. Vegetarian options are few but pretty good.

Experience an authentic southern meal at Hickory & Hazel. Our contemporary restaurant offers locally farmed ingredients, specialty cocktails and a relaxed atmosphere.
This is the friendliest airport restaurant - the manageress and her team ensure that you are well served - by a very professional and cheerful team - the food is of outstanding quality - just a pleasure to have a meal there - be it breakfast or the evening - always great!!
The bat was nice and not too crowded. We got there late (after 11pm) on a Saturday night. The music is in keeping with the area, and super loud but everyone was super friendly. I got the Bob Marley to drink. It was big and super pretty but very strong! There was no cover, food was decent and the live DJ seemed to be having a blast!

You don't have to travel to Cuba or the Caribbean to experience the flavors that are indigenous to the tropics. Papi's brings all the essence of the South Seas to you, with attention to authenticity and an adherence to the recipes of generations.
In an airport terminal, restaurant service should be fast for obvious reasons. I waited at the check in desk, but on one there, so I entered. Walked up to the service station but was told if I wanted to dine in to just have a seat. Waited a LONG time, so finally went back to service station to try and order, but they sent me back to my seat. Finally got a server, and good came up fast. It was pretty good, spicy and hot. But trying to pay was another long wait to get someone's attention.

Me and the family were out driving a couple weeks ago, and decided to stop bypassing the Brake Pad in College Park.We phoned in our order (fairly large one, actually) and decided to get our lunch on the go...since we were returning home.We ordered several burgers (Cheese burgers - Bleu Cheese, Swiss/Bacon, and Classic). We ordered one burger to be cooked well-done and the rest were medium-well. The hubby ordered the Gyro (they were out...) and so he went with the Cuban and an order of wings.Parking was a bit tight in front of the Brake Pad, but we were able to get a spot, and as we were talking in to pick up our order, I have to admit...the food people were eating looked amazing. Our order was ready (20 Minutes from call to pick-up). Staff was pleasant at the bar and we headed home to enjoy.Sorry to say, our meal was not at all what we expected. All three (3) burgers were not just well-done...but they were gray, hard and dry. The wings were OK, and the Cuban was not the most memorable. We chalked it up to maybe the order was submitted incorrectly? And that all of the burgers were cooked well done, in error. We wanted to like/love the Brake Pad...but, this spot didn't do it for us. Hoping it was just an "off-day".

A pub-style restaurant near the Atlanta Airport.
Change of ownership could mean a positive change in service and menu. So far it has not. In fact, the night we went the chopped salad was mostly iceberg lettuce, not well chopped, with much fewer toppings than under prior management, and the $6 skimpy piece of add on chicken was sadly over cooked. It was served 15 minutes after the other two meals at our table at had already been served. They were out of two main stay dishes -Sheppardâs pie and bangers and mash.Letâs hope for better things to come. Soon.
